purchase a Samsung galaxy flip 5 in March 2026 in August 2026 a green line appeared across the screen advised the seller of the issue they said to take a photo of the front screen and back and send it to them, my reply was i must of damaged the phone on impact spoke with Amazon they told the seller they must inspect the phone a return basis so i sent the phone back and guess what there so called technician phone said again I must of had some sort of Impact to the phone which is a LIE! so again I complained to Amazon and they advised the seller they must either replace, repair or refund me so they offered a partial refund of £34 and I paid £280 for the phone and they will not be sending the phone back as well! I'm absolutely disgusted the way I have been treated as a liar and then offered as a goodwill gesture a measly partial refund, avoid this seller they should be struck off all online web-sites!!!

Would really like to give this zero stars - but this is the lowest I can give.
My daughter bought a reconditioned iPhone from this company - it has failed twice - their solution is to require her to send the phone to their technicians to repair - leaving her without the phone for over a week at a time - twice now! They have sent her a different phone now - but the warranty is not renewed, it is continued with the replacement phone & now there are problems with this phone.....and their solution....you've guessed it - she has to send it back to them AGAIN!!!
If you want good after sales - steer clear!
