Order of 3 items, a pendant, socks and hat. Very happy with the quality of the first two, the hat on the other hand was poorly sown together. Resulting in a big lump at the front making it not wearable. Reached out to them right after receiving the package (2nd March) and still haven’t gotten any reply. I have now reached out through their form the website, hoping this matter gets solved shortly…

very quick responses from staff and costumer service, the staff a nice and helpful plus very straightforward with no bs about orders. the orders come quick. i ordered my tee a few days ago and after just a day of waiting its already on its way. Great experience so far!

The reason I purchased this item is because a social media post was made saying “Restocked” . As a consumer when you hear that you assume they have inventory. An order was placed followed promptly by an email saying the sweatshirt was on back order.

That’s deceptive and misleading

The sales rep at the Arnold Sports Festival was very helpful and didn’t pressure me to purchase.

Product is very HQ and comfortable. Shipping isn’t fast but makes me feel as if every product is made specific per order (not mass produced) which is unique.

I have been waiting for an order I placed a month ago. I have reached out to the team and they stated they’re waiting for item to come back in stock. I think it would be nice for the future to reach out to individuals whose orders are affected by an inventory issue. I reached out a second time and have yet to hear back. I am still waiting for my package that only consists of one item.

Even tho it took forever to get here it literally makes it up and I'm so happy with this belt. And the card really did help inspire me to do better not just with my lifting but my faith.

order was made on Feb 13, label for shipping was no made till Mar 6, as of Mar 9 UPS still does not have the package. standard shipping is advertised as 3-5 business days so monday through friday. My issue is not with the product, as I do not yet have said product, but with the long time it taked for the product to even be shipped. Usually there will be some kind of notice that orders may take some time to fill but I saw no such notice. The other frustrating thing was that i wanted the lifting belt but it told me that item was not available to ship to me.

The product I ordered and paid for was not in stock. I wish it wouldn’t have let me buy it or opt in to be notified when it was available rather than pay for it and wait or at least be notified that I would have to wait. The customer service was good to get back to me quickly to let me know but only after I sent an email inquiring about the product. Ordered and paid for it Jan 2 2026 and then It shipped this first week of March

I am very disappointed with my experience with this shop. As a store that presents itself as Christian and faith-based, I expected values such as honesty, kindness, fairness, and a genuine willingness to help customers. Christianity stands for trust, humility, and compassion toward others, especially in how we treat people in everyday situations.

Unfortunately, my experience reflected the opposite. The communication was unfriendly, and the customer support was unhelpful and dismissive when problems occurred. On top of that, the products themselves were often of poor quality and did not fully match the pictures shown in the shop. In some cases, the items delivered were incorrect or the sizes were wrong.

Even more disappointing is that when such mistakes happen, customers are expected to pay expensive return shipping themselves. For a shop that claims Christian values, this feels unfair and discouraging, especially when the issue is not caused by the customer.

If a business openly associates itself with Christianity, it should make a serious effort to reflect Christian principles such as honesty, fairness, responsibility, and care for others. Sadly, this shop gives the impression that profit comes before those values. Instead of reflecting the spirit of service and integrity that Christianity encourages, the overall experience felt misleading and untrustworthy.

I sincerely hope the shop reflects on how it treats its customers and starts acting in a way that truly represents the Christian values it claims to stand for.

I found out about Saint Kaizen on an advertisement on instagram one day and to see how some items I bought is to know that do I not belong with the world but Christ. The Bible verse hats, T-Shirts, etc. says more than that. They are truth of God’s words.

It came in relatively quickly. I got a message saying it was delayed 1 day, but it wasn’t a huge deal to me. Hoodie looks great and should be awesome to have for workouts to stay warmed up.
