do not buy for this company they are scammers 👎🏻, my jeans arrived not the same as the ones i purchased so i sent them back to saint jaxon with next day delivery and now they are saying they haven’t received the jeans back, i would never but for this company again, i will be contacting my bank

Extremely poor service – order never arrived, refund ignored

I placed an order with Saint Jaxon towards the end of last month, and it’s now the middle of this month — I still haven’t received anything. I’ve sent multiple emails and barely get a reply. When they finally responded, they claimed the item was lost and said they sent another one with the same tracking number, which hasn’t updated or worked since the day I ordered.

I’ve asked for a refund several times, but they either ignore it completely or dodge the question. This whole experience has been very disappointing — poor communication, no accountability, and no sign of my order. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

SJ-5865 ordered on the 10th march sent various messages and still no reply no update on shipping tracking number just keeps coming up with no updates sent messages on email and through live chat no response at all any one looking to order off there site doing through klarna or clearpay as the request for a refund will br quicker as this company doesnt reply even to simple updates !!!

UPDATE . Today 21.3.25 is the 10th working day?? Had an email stating issue at warehouse replied after 3-5 days of constantly sending messages still no tracking update still no delivery and no reply for messages I sent earlier like WTF ? As mentioned prior if your dumb enough to order from here do it through klarna or clear pay as you wont be waiting for a refund or response

UPDATE 2 . 25.03.25 still nothing delivered still no answer from them delivery service said we have only received data no physical item like WTF kind of service do they provide . Stay well clear from these every response when you scroll down on other reviews is the generic responce !

SCAM

SCAM , JEANS TOOK 14 days to come then when you send back for a refund they make you add emails and add tracking details so they get someone else to pick it up and say they never received it and refuse to pay refund report to the police and fraud team IMMEDIATELY

SCAM COMPANY…DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS…


ADDENDUM: 1/25/2025…. after unsuccessfully trying to obtain a tracking number for the merchandise, which I NEVER WAS ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY OBTAIN, my bank issued me a FULL CREDIT for the purchase price. NOW, THE MERCHANT HAS DECIDED TO INFORM ME THAT THEY HAVE “AGREED” TO THE CHARGEBACK. What a terrible customer-oriented company. I will NEVER purchase additional items.

Long wait but pleasantly surprised!

So after leaving a negative review I feel it only fair to update. Yes the customer service is terrible, yes the delivery time is ridiculous BUT, item finally arrived and I was pleasantly surprised!. It was well backpacked with nice branding and good quality and fit. Sadly, wouldn’t order again due to the weeks of waiting which is a shame as my son loved them. Saint Jacob if you upped your game and got on top of live chat and responding to queries and sorted your delivery out I think you’d be quite successful!

SCAM

SCAM. Received a pair of jeans that looked nothing like the online image so I requested a refund and returned the item via tracked delivery. Nearly a month later and after several emails I am still yet to receive a refund. Given up trying to communicate with the company so I've now contacted the bank.

SCAM

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPAY.

Placed an order with them and waited for the item to be delivered only it never showed up. So I sent them an email to which they never responded. Tried contacting them via their live chat page and again no reply. Have sent many emails over the last few weeks and they just will not respond. Don't risk losing your money because if you do there is no guarantee your bank can get it back for you once you dispute it. Save yourself the hassle and save yourself the money.

Pretty sure they could be a scam.
If going to use at least try and cover the risk and use a payments aggregator so you have some recourse.

Fraudulent

Uncontactable through live chat or a phone call. The phone number makes the not in service tone. No response through messages on their site. I bought some shorts off them which didn’t quite fit so ordered another pair in a smaller size. Since then, they have avoided refunding and not even sent out my second order. Tried contacting numerous times but as I say, phone line is dead, they don’t answer live chat or respond to messages so last port of call is to contact the bank and report them as fraudulent and force a refund via the bank taking back the money. Worst part is, i probably would I have bought more things over time but now I will never buy from them ever again. Avoid at all costs and the fact that mine is the first review on here or anywhere for that matter shows they are not established and shouldn’t be trusted. It is likely a fraudulent website
