Good people work here. I am an Oregon resident and asked customer service about a delay in shipping as I needed items before a certain date. My guess; They were swamped with orders. They responded same day got me my products out for an ontime arrival and though i didnt ask was partially refunded me for the trouble. This is how businesses used to operate.
