"I've worked with these guys for a long time and bought a lot from them. I had an issue with swapping one type of bullets for another, and they agreed to do it, for which I'm very grateful. The exchange took a bit longer than expected, but in the end, everything worked out. I respect and appreciate the time they spent on me, as well as the reputation of this company. In the end, I'm satisfied and will recommend them to my friends.

Hi Jim - We’re sorry you had a bad experience. In this case we had agreed to an exchange an extremely long time after our return window had closed, because you had been a frequent customer. That creates a number of problems in our system with tracking what you had ordered and getting a replacement out, because the order was such a long time ago, and frankly given how it played out we regret making that exception. I’ve asked the team leader of support to look into why we haven’t been replying to you, and make sure we get you confirmation that the replacement is on the way, however if we see a chargeback we will need to freeze any shipments until the chargeback is resolved.
SLOW PROCESSING. But turned out OK.
Processing took about 10 days, other than that everything else went smooth.

Completely incompetent
Completely incompetent of completing an order. Order was in processing for 15 days. Sent several emails asking why. They actually responded 2 days later stating. It can take 1-5 day to process. Worst part, my email went out on the 5th day. Several days go by now 8 days. Still processing. Asked again. Got a response days later. Sorry. And we’re in transaction of moving so that’s why we say 1-5 days. Maybe a little longer. Not sure what their idea of little is but 2 weeks is horrible. Don’t waste your time. Order from some where else. I’ve bought and had firearms shipped and processed faster than these guys can even reply. Worst part everything they say on their website they don’t honor. Amount of time to process orders and about of time. It takes to get a response. Try to track. Brings you to another website you have to download and create an account. Wanna send email email. Sends you to another site you have to sign back in. After 2 weeks, gave up. Said cancel. Let’s see how long this will take them.

They false advertise and then treat customers that have fallen for there false advertisements like complete garbage. The owner of this company treated me like I wasn’t even a human being after selling me a false product. And he refused the partial refund after offering it. Hi Jordan - Respect is a two way street. As we explained, the product you purchased on eBay was using a stock photo, that showed an additional mount not included with the product. We offered to refund you the equivalent cost to purchase that mount, which would have resulted in you obtaining a more expensive product at the original price, or to arrange a refund (which you have requested through eBay, and has been approved, so I'm not sure what your 'refused a refund' comment is about). We also requested that you stop spamming us with messages and swearing at us in your communications with us, which seems pretty reasonable. Ultimately once we get your product back, assuming it is not damaged, you'll get a full refund.

Our return policy states that if the issue is our fault, then we'll work to make it right. In this case, because the product listing was showing incorrect information on the number of rounds per box in one part of the listing and you were provided incorrect information, I'm going to refund the order and you can keep the ammunition, and the support team member who responded to you is getting some extra training.

Fastest shipping ever! I ordered 500 Berger bullets and got’m at the lowest
Price I’ve seen in years. Because I bought so many they gave me free shipping. What else could you ask for? I didn’t expect to receive these for at least a week, probably longer because I ordered on Saturday evening after 5PM Texas time. That following Monday the FedEx driver pulled up less than 42 hours after I placed the order.
