So, after 5 weeks my clothing arrived after spending £150. That is my stupid fault. The clothes are worth £1.50p at best. The quality is absolutely shocking, the clothing have no labels on them, stitching is poor and I ordered large and 50% of my order seems to be extra small, although couldn't confirm as they have no labels!! Requested a refund. No reply from this 'Company' Avoid at all costs

Beyond poor customer experience - ordered 4 products - delayed delivery - all came with labels cut out - no size or washing labels - 2 products poor quality stitching and coffee stains on collar - photo evidence submitted & agreed refund - expected me to return goods to china at own cost - despite their terms and conditions. Luckily brought on Credit Card and claimed chargeback dispute and company refunded.

DO NOT buy from this company under any circumstances. Even if you are tempted by pleasant Instagram advertising as I was. Similar to all other 1-star reviews here on TrustPilot, the package took over a month to arrive from China (ps they don’t have a UK distribution warehouse as falsely stated on their website). 2 of my 3 items ordered were missing. The one that did arrive was 3x too big, and horrifically manufactured, coming apart at the seams. They completely stop all correspondence with you upon a request for refund, leaving you out of pocket. Now in liaisons with Trading Standards. It’s all a scam.

Really wish I looked here first. Avoid company at all costs— clothes are so cheap the threads are literally falling off— didn’t even have to open the plastic to see that. When I tried to initiate a return, they want me to send photos of the items even though I hadn’t even removed them from the packaging. Seems very fishy that they’d want me to unpackage the items (likely their way of saying they were worn / used). Another junky drop shipper under the guise of a classy company. Shame on me for not doing my research first.

Order finally arrived today after 30 plus days wait, all labels have been cut from the items, size, brand name etc. One of the items is the wrong colour and size !!
Quality is cheap, shoddy, c**p. Items look like seconds that failed Quality Control if any took place. Shame i had to give it a star.
Last email i received stated the order had arrived via International Flight and was moving through customs, so coming from some unknown country !!
AVOID AT ALL COST/ DO NOT USE

Absolute Dog S**t company. Ordered my two tops on 01/08/25. Received my tops 31/08/25.
To say they were utter S**t would be doing them a favour. Top one wouldn’t fit a 10 year old, plus the quality of both tops were terrible.
DO NOT BUY CLOTHES FROM THIS COMPANY!
If I could give it minus stars, it would be minus 5.

I usually check Trustpilot before ordering from a new company. I didnt with this company and have learned the hard way.

Order hasn't been delivered and they've ignored my emails.

Please do not buy from them.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This is not as advertised, it is very cheap skin itching fabric, 3 sizes too small and arrived 32 days after I ordered it from China!!!!

Absolutely dreadful company and experience. Fake Ralph Lauren goods at inflated price. Delivery took five weeks with no communication and only arrived due to my perseverance. I'd rather it hadn't.
Avoid completely !!

Fake item. Arrived after about a 4 week wait. I thought I was buying a RL cover up, it is cheap tat, no official labels, made in china. Has a RL logo stamped on it, but probably done with a kids printing press. Avoid at all costs.

Do not buy any clothes from this Company It’s a Scam. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing any. I had the same problems has every one else. Wrong size delivered, no labels on the clothes or packaging, poor quality materials.
I ordered a t-shirt and a short sleeve shirt in XL, and paid £57.
The clothes took 2 weeks to arrive.
They offered me a 15% refund or return to china, that would cost nearly the same price as the clothes.

Complete scam! Order came after 2 weeks. Cheap crap, paid £34 for something I wouldn’t ever consider wearing. Don’t fall for the slick marketing. This is cheap, tacky Chinese crap. Not worth £3, never mind what they’ve rinsed me of. DO NOT BUY FROM SAINT AURELL. Not even worth the single star I had to give to allow me to rant. Waste of money.

Shocking. Stay well away from buying these products. The quality is shocking. Advertised as rich Cotten. It’s not. No labels whatsoever on the tops. They also claim to be British, they are not. My garments came from China and took forever. first of they claim to be a British company , they are not they are cheap Chinese company

I can’t fault this company. I bought 2 short sleeved sweaters, both arrived safely, look great and wash well

My order took 3 weeks to arrive, I had no order confirmation email.

Once it arrived it was creased to bits, had a hole in the armpit and a flaw in the material on the waistband. Overall quality of the item was poor, and service provided wasn’t much better.

Wont be buying again.

Firstly quality and fit. Awful. The shirt was so short it didn’t reach my waistline. Nope I didn’t chose the wrong size, they just make garbage clothes. The material was awful and smelt horrific.

Returns? Nope. They don’t want their clothes back. They do have a policy, they do not follow it. The only way they claim they can refund you your money is if you pay to return the item to China. Even then I don’t think you’ll ever see a penny again.

Don’t buy anything from this sham of a company. They are nothing more than thieves

Would give zero stars if I could , first of the claim to be a British company , they are not they are cheap Chinese company , I placed a order for 2 tops at £60 , took 4 weeks to come from china , the quality is absolutely crap , then this week I find all the same tops on temu for £7 each , the tops I got had no branding on labels etc , so they are just a con company avoid at all costs

Total scam. Selling clothes from Temu that cost $5 for $25. So basically you're getting cheap, poorly made Chinese clothes for a premium price. Also pretending that they designed the clothes. Absolute scam artists.
