Ordered trousers as I'm finding it difficult to get a good, comfortable fit. The trousers where really comfortable and were well made and - the fit was perfect. Will definitely order more.

I ordered a beautiful longsleeve from S&S, after just one wash (exactly in the way I should do it) the top started pilling heavily, and the fabric—originally black—now looks grey. I felt so excited for it and got really disappointed. Way too expensive.

UPDATE: Stacey was able to help resolve my issue and get my refund. Thank you Stacy!
Buyer beware! I made a purchase with Saint and Sofia and need to return the item. I am unable to process my return online (with a message saying my order does not exist). I have tried to get an RA/return label for over a week with no responses to emails and when I call the customer service number, I either get a recording saying I'm calling outside of business hours (even though it's not outside of business hours) or the call rings and rings and eventually drops.
Lesson learned. I will not be making any more purchases from them.

True to size.
Love my trousers fit is true to size good quality fabric that is worth the price they drape well and feel comfortable and look expensive. Would have been 5* if I didn’t have to wait longer than I expected and I thought the delivery charge was too steep! I had to contact customer services who were prompt in replying and dealt with my query!

Great fabric and fit although if I wore heeled boots I would have needed a tall. Might be easier to give leg length.
