I would give no stars. Appalling customer service - I returned an item within the required timescale (and they acknowledged receipt on 12 Feb) and still waiting for a refund to reach my account over 11 days later- I know the game- they earn interest on money so delay in refunding - a look at the online reviews and it is evident that my experience is not an isolated one - I have been assured the payment has been actioned but I am dubious … I will never buy from this company again - extremely shoddy customer service and this is always the downfall of companies who ultimately fail - I will watch with interest from the sidelines as an “ex” customer to see how long they survive - they do not deserve to unless they learn to respect customers.
Update - payment has been received today so I wish to acknowledge gratitude to that - but I maintain this should have been actioned much quicker and without me having to engage in extensive email correspondence with them to resolve this and also wish to add I could not get through on the telephone number- (+44) 203 929 3896 - you have music which then immediately disconnects - I think that’s not an isolated issue too..

I ordered a jacket which when I got it was too small and as it was a side zip was difficult to fasten, it was £100. I returned it and they said they have credited the money back with an extra £20. I didnt want credit wanted my £100 back. Now I have no idea where they have credited the money since I dont have a saint and Sofia account. I have sent several emails over several weeks and do not get a response. Terrible customer service. Will NEVER buy from these again...still havent got my money back.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Saint + Sofia. After their returns portal failed to generate a label, I was instructed to mail my return to their Netherlands warehouse manually.

I sent the package on 5 December, correctly marked as "Returned Goods" with all customs forms completed. On 12 February, the package was returned to me marked "Refused by Receiver." Despite following their exact instructions and paying for shipping out of pocket, their warehouse rejected the delivery.

I have contacted customer care multiple times. They initially tried to blame me for "unpaid customs fees," despite my local post office confirming the paperwork was perfect and the refusal was on the receiver's end. I sent a formal dispute email over 48 hours ago and have been met with total silence, despite their "24-hour turnaround" promise.

I have been without my items and my money for over 10 weeks. This is a massive failure in logistics and communication. I am now forced to initiate a chargeback with my bank.

Buyer beware: their return process is a nightmare.

I purchased a short length as I am a 5’2”. I haven’t come across a perfect length trousers or jeans in a long while as these. I’ll be ordering different colours!

Received order promptly. Love the trousers… a good fit & stylish & can be worn dressed up or for casual. Ordered two pairs as not sure on size but I’m usually a size 10 & they fit perfectly. Returned size 12 & process was quick & easy. Would definitely recommend Saint & Sofia.

I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my refund now. I have received confirmation that my return has arrived back to them but no sign of the money in my account. I have had to open a case with Klarna. I also had two items in the order that I exchanged. When I wanted to also return these I was told there was a ‘new policy’ that meant you can’t return exchanges. There is no where on their website t&cs which states this. Thankfully I pushed for this to be escalated and was ‘allowed’ to return but who knows when I will get the money from those returns too.

My tote bag arrived badly creased due to the packing method but the care response seems to be written by AI with many apologies and no action. In former years refunds were given but now the options are exchange or credit. Even these have so far not been offered, although they’re options on the website. Company is going downhill, I won’t be buying from them again.

Super efficient to deal with and quick to refund when an item does not suit. I love the S and S clothing and have several items. The quality is great and they are always a bit different to other makes.
