Use to really like Sail Racing but can't anymore... Questionable quality, REALLY bad customer service and poorly working website is a very bad combo if you want to charge a lot of money...
This is my last (after 5) sailracing jacket.
Bought 2 for myself, 3 for family members. Every one package was opened (i.e. no factory seal) one of jackets visibly worn and returned for same reason. Are You really expecting people to pay premium for second hand jackets? Is that a thing now?

Terrible service. I ordered a Polo, a T-shirt, a Cap, a Belt to match 2024 sponsor.
After payment they informed me that the Polo was out of stock and today I received my order and also the Belt is missing.
This is not ok, from the price and name of the brand I am expecting a complete different service! They are nowhere near North Sail customer service.
Sailracing Antarctica expedition totally destroyed after first wash.
All tejps and glowed parts was destroyed after the first wash. It’s a quite expensive Gore Tex ski dress ($1500) so you would expect it to hold better.
Sail Racing don’t take any responsibility since it’s older then 3 years, no goodwill at all.
I will not buy their products again and don’t recommend anyone to do it either.
Bought a really nice jacket - quite expensive - however with a main zipper that failed already after one of ordinary use. Sail Racing sent a new zipper for me to fix myself. After another year or so also this zipper failed. This time Sail Racing says they cannot replace and offer a discount for a new jacket. I find it difficult to believe they cannot find a machting zipper and that the solution offers a poor sustainable alternative. Pity. Ulrik Denmark
I have used Sail Racing a number of times and their products and customer service have been excellent.
Very satisfied with the products and delivery.
However their return policy is not on level with other international stores.
I had to pay shipping cost to Sweden plus a deduction of SEK 85 for returning a item (was actually changing to another product).
As their website stated that only swedish customers was deducted SEK 85 due to a prepaid return sticker the customer service was sweet to make and exception and return the SEK 85 making my return "only" cost DKK 275 (approx €37).
So all in all GREAT products, but be aware of expensive returns if you are not located in Sweden.
