Set for Croatia Sailing experience when a few days before departure the dutch government gave Croatia an orange Covid-19 indication. Meaning your trip is no longer insured, your employer is not liable for costs of sickness and it requires two weeks of unpaid quarantaine. Kate already did a splendid job and now supersede this by quickly rearranging the boat to next year. What a splendid service! I can recommend her.

Sailing in Turkey
Sailchecker & Kate in particular provided absolutely outstanding service and support prior, throughout and after our holidays. She understood our needs in the special COVID-19 times and offered boats which suited both our expectations & budget. She dealt with numerous questions with endless patience, was very friendly, flexible and forthcoming with tips on the route and practicalities and both our families were extremely happy with our week on the beautiful P. Funda. She checked on us throughout the trip, this is the first time a broker did that with us and we have been on numerous boat trips. I would definitely use their services again.

Awesome service! Kate = great
We've been booking our sailing holidays with sailchecker for 4 years now, as well as recommending them to friends and colleagues. The company offers great service, for which a big shoutout to Kate. Sailchecker is great but Kate is simply stellar
I didn't expect anybody can make a better deal then me contacting charter agencies on my own, negotiating and bargaining - but Kate did it. Kate got a best deal in these Covid-19 days and I'm happy to tell this to everybody.
Throughout entire engagement and later on our sailing trip I was taken care of by Kate and everything was in order regarding money, boat and treatment.

Croatia Catamaran Charter
Our group of 8 chartered a catamaran for a week of sailing on the coast of Croatia. We were to be there this week. But Covid-19 struck and. The trip had to be postponed until September. Sail Checker was able to make that happen with a great boat and same price.
But, as the pandemic continues we have asked to move the trip to summer of 2021. We were very nervous that we may not be permitted to use our considerable deposit into the next year. However Sail Checker came through again. They worked with the charter company to carry our reservation and deposit over to 2021. We are very happy with what Kate at Sail Checker has been able to do for us. Very bummed to have to postpone until next year but thankful that Sail Checker made it happen! Thank you

Another Amazing Trip with Sailchecker !!
This was our third booking with Sailchecker and they delivered once again. Kate and the team were quick to respond and answer every question in detail and made the whole experience from start to finish seemless and exciting. After our first trip a couple of years back for 7 Nights to Croatia we were hooked. We rebooked as soon as we returned to explore Greece last year this time for 14 nights which was FANTASTIC and to no surprise we have Greece booked again for this August for another 2 weeks. Needless to say what an easy way to have the perfect trip planned. Our boats have been latest models and fully equipt.with all you need. If you are unsure of where to sail Kate will happily send through suggested itineraries to explore. We did a bareboat charter with 4 of us on board a 43ft which gave us ample room. I could go on forever. There are many companies out there but if you want trusting, reliable and knowledgable group of people who have a world of experience - look no further than Sailchecker :) And just one other bonus - you get a repeat booking discount !!!!

Sail checker were professional from start to finish - and were awesome dealing with a problem! Our first Yacht had serious issues and sail checker helped us to resolve it- I suspect by using their buying power to create pressure. They are easy to deal with, straightforward and honest and I would recommend them to anyone planning a charter holiday

It is so extremely kind of you to share you experience here for others, the vast majority of our charters go off without amendment and without a hitch, yet we also know that occasionally they don't. It is at these moments customers need strong fast straightforward support. We know we can gain solutions that clients cannot expect to negotiate without our support.
Buying power does play its part, yet we are proud that we have a tried and tested process we use when these matters arise. The process includes communicate directly with our operators and examine all possible courses of action, no matter how strange, before deciding which offers the best result on balance. Often there are ideas that the operators hasn't thought of, or that the base manager cannot authorise. We attend all the industry events, meet with all levels of the operators such that we are in a good position to influence the outcome by using our personal relationships.
This is exactly what happened in your case. Initially an upgrade was not offered by the base as it was outside their gift. Bases often offer credit notes for future charters, which we believe restrict future choice and are a least favoured options.
By liaising with head office and talking to the base, we soon discovered that an upgrade, even with such a financial jump, was more appropriate and we are so pleased you agreed.

Sailchecker organized a charter that involved 2 families and a total of 11 people; they found us a boat that fit us all comfortably and made the process very smooth. Very professional outfit!

We had an absolute blast !! Everything was down to the tee. All bookings and confirmations was always accurate with no delays. Another great year with sailchecker
The staff at SailChecker arranged a great boat for us out of the Cyclades this year, and did so with optimal focus on our experience throughout the negotiating and booking phases. However they did not stop there, during the charter we had a few issues with the equipment provided by the operator, and SailChecker assisted us with claiming fair compensation in the week after the charter was concluded. Overall we had a fantastic time, and look forward to making future bookings with the Sailchecker crew, thanks guys!

Had the chance to book 4 weeks of sailing this season ( 2019 ) in different countries and dealing/finding boats and choices was never that easy.
the pre/post services are continuously present to help you fill your needs and worries and make sure everything is prepared for your upcoming trips.
Thankful for the sailchecker team and each individual was as helpful as the other . All the ingredients needed to make sure you're gonna have a great week / time or season.

Great Communication, Delivered as Promised
We booked with SailChecker about 6 months before our trip, sailing in mid-August 2019 on a Lagoon 40 with 4 people. Communication both before and after our trip was fantastic. Kate was wonderful to work with. She helped us determine which boat would be a fit for us along with what port we should leave from, also answering questions we had along the way being first time charters. The boat was new and as described. Summer is notoriously windy in the Cyclades, and the one thing I may have done differently is take the Saronic route. Our skipper was great, but we relied on him to advise us as to the best route based on weather conditions, and it was definitely a rocky journey. Otherwise we had a great time – would highly recommend SailChecker and would sail again!
