I've been chartering with Sailchecker for two consecutive years now, having booked four boats across Greece and Croatia. This alone speaks volumes about their exceptional service. There is simply no better charter company!
Since 2017 we have entrusted 28 weeks of chartering in Greece and Croatia to Sailchecker, and I can hand on heart state that you won't find a better service anywhere.
Chris, Kate and the team at Sailchecker offer a bespoke personal service and make the whole process of chartering very easy, they always find the right boat to suit our needs (which is quite a feat as we have a number of very specific requirements), and importantly they are there for you if things don't quite go to plan.
This year Sailchecker partnered us with a new operator in Croatia, and LM yachting in Marina Korati didn't disappoint. They provided a professional service, the base manager was responsive and always there when we needed him, and the Dufour 460 GL that we chartered, was probably the best boat we've sailed to date.

Sailchecker and Becharter, Barcelona are a great team
The Sailchecker team were brilliant in setting us up with the Becharter team in Barcelona at the Olympik Marina on a fabulous Beneteau Tempest II.
All went well and we were looked after throughout. The marina personnel were helpful and nothing seemed beyond them.
A wonderful team and we'd highly recommend Sailchecker and the Barcelona Becharter guys as a best in class yacht charter organisation.
PS The Parclick car park just 200 metres from the marina offers weekly flexible 'come and go' tickets for a week at one of the lowest priced locations around.

Sardinia- great sail location
Chris and his team at Sailchecker were extremely professional and friendly in the process of booking our bareboat charter for Sardinia. Our initial choice of boat became unavailable. The team worked hard to offer us a suitable replacement that we could sail. Sardinia did not disappoint. So many beautiful options for marinas and anchorage’s. We had an amazing adventure. Excellent service - highly recommended
This was our first time using Sailchecker and we are so glad we found them. We had been trying to do our own research on bare boat charter. Having previously chartered in Greece and Croatia, we were exploring options in Italy to try something new. It proved very difficult to get information via web searches so we decided to ask Sailchecker (who popped up during our web searching). Within days we had a destination (Aeolian islands sailing out of Capo D'Orlando in Sicily) and a boat which matched our criteria for our family of four. The price was at least as good as we could have obtained by going directly to the operator.
Regular communications from Sailchecker meant that everything from booking the charter to physically finding the operator in Sicily was a breeze. We never met or spoke to anyone at Sailchecker - everything was done via email or online form - so we were initially a little apprehensive about handing over significant amounts of cash, but there was no need for concern as it turned out.
We would highly recommend Sailchecker to anyone, and would definitely use them again ourselves. It is worth remembering that they are a travel agent, not a charter operator. What you get from them is access to their extensive knowledge of, and contacts within, the boat chartering industry worldwide, invaluable advice, and the smooth handling of all the contract and booking arrangements with the actual charter operator, which can often be complex - especially if the operator is not fluent in your own language.
Thank you Sailchecker. If only all companies were like you.

South Ionian island sailing experience
The most amazing week sailing the South Ionian islands expertly organised by Kate and the team. No detail too small in the organising and the advice on boat size, facilities etc really made our week, especially with the heatwave in Greece. No AC would have been challenging!
Local team in Lefkas with our skipper and hostess were also amazing - we said the types of things we wanted to see and do and they made it all happen. From a reservation at the best restaurant for dinner in Vathy on Megalisi to a night swinging on the anchor in a protected mooring in N Kefalonia west coast.
The week surpassed my expectations and we have all been bitten by the sailing bug. Thanks again to Kate and the team at Sailchecker and to Yannis (skipper) & Loukia (host) who looked after us so amazingly for the week.

Amazing group/experience
What a great experience working with the Sailchecker team. We had a very good experience
We had a very good experience with Sailchecker. Everything was as promised from our first inquiry through the trip. Prior to the trip, Sailchecker did a nice job of giving us very clear logistical information and helping with transfers. They were responsive to all our questions in a timely fashion. Sailchecker uses local operators, in our case in BVI, and we found the local operator to be well run and delivered on their promises. No surprises is what you want! Our skipper in particular was 5 star.

What a blast
When I was invited to 'go along for the ride' with a friend to Greece (Saronic coast) with Sailchecker, I had no idea what I was letting myself in for, but wow!, what a blast we had !
What an amazing boat, (Bali 49), great company, awesome skipper, outstanding food (onshore and onboard) , attentive hosting service.. we had a lot of fun.
We had limited sailing during my particular trip (weather) but we visited some stunning locations along the way including stunning Poros and Hydra.
