We dealt with Sai Estate Agency for a couple of weeks because they showed us a house and took a holding deposit from us. Unfortunately, they wasted a lot of our time. They were extremely slow in responding and after about two weeks, they returned our holding deposit with a lame excuse that the current tenant had extended their stay. This really messed up our timeline, especially since I have a young child and my husband and I were relying on their professionalism. They have plenty of other properties, but they didn’t bother to offer us any alternative or help us find another option. In the end, they just gave the deposit back without any proper explanation. It felt very unprofessional, and I would never recommend this agency to anyone. I honestly don’t know what’s wrong with them, but it almost seemed like they were biased or had some issue with us. They really put us in a difficult spot, and I’m extremely disappointed.

Hey There, to share the crux of my feedback, I don't think I can explain it any better words than "A Home Away From Home", amazing hosts Chetan and Geeta, very helpful and cooperative, we enjoyed each others company like family members. The property is also neat and clean, well equipped kitchen, cozy and comfortable rooms, with all amenities nearby, kinda prime location. It's a Big Yes & 5-Stars from my side.
