We have been SA Hancock customers for I guess over 10 years. This week they saved us by having their super professional guys come to bleed our boiler after we let the oil run out. Thank you Hancocks.

Have used this company on a number of occasions and they have been reliable. On this occasion their workman managed to cause water damage to some possessions through carelessly leaving a sink tap on and I have had to report that the repair has not solved the issue of a leaking cistern. When I requested that they send a different plumber the person taking the call was quite aggressive and tried to persuade me that the original plumber was the most suitable but it was my choice if I wanted someone lower level. I shall prepare a second review after the second visit after I have seen what happens

EXCEPTIONAL PLUMBING & HEATING CO. They were recommended to us & delivered an outstanding service from start to finish. The speed of the response for a visit & quote was impressive. Luke appeared & immediately identified the problems with the system which frequent visit from British Gas had failed to do.He has so much expertise that he was able to offer us various options to fix this. At no point were we put under pressure to make a decision there and then. Once we'd decided the whole process was so straightforward, a date agreed and adhered to.Two exceptional plumbers and heating experts turned up to carry out the work. Sam and Alex have a wealth of experience & knowledge honed over time which meant they were able to overcome any problems they encountered. They're not only highly professional but take a great deal of pride in their work & the quality of the finished job reflects their craftmanship.
Like Luke such pleasant people to have in your property which they respect. They're backed up by a fantastic efficient team in the office who are always at the other end of the phone to answer any queries.As a result we've already engaged them to do more work for us. Without doubt a well run company who truly understands how to do a good job and provide great customer service.
