I could not get in.I thought I could enter between 9am -12 but entrance person rejected saying I should come exactly 9am as ticket shows. I had to buy another one for next day.

The ticket hours were inconsistent
The ticket hours were inconsistent, it said in the web site a time period that one could enter from 11h to 13h , not an especific time, we got to the Sagrada Familia Church at 12h and had to buy new tickets because it was past 11h

Issues with payment process
Your buying experience could really gain from trying to connect to data already stored in my browser- my details and credit card information for instance, could make my life a lot easier rather than having me type everything (my email address twice! 😂) without even the help of an auto complete, like it’s 2002. There are simple protocols you could implement to connect to that data and make the buying process much faster and less painful.
Also the processing time between my making the actual purchase and receiving my tickets is just plain weird and creates a weird ten minute gap where I know I paid for something but I don’t know if I actually have what I bought- really redundant stress for your user. It is also NOT communicated clearly in your post purchase page- I really struggled to find any indication that my payment went through which is the only bottom line I care about immediately after completing purchase.

Do not use this ticket platform
We bought tickets online, we got a message, that our money reached die platform. We didn't get the email with all details to visit the church. We tried to reach the support, but we didn't reached anyone. In fact, we didn'tvisit the church. We were very disappointed. In several mails I tried til today to get back my money, but without success. This seems to be a fake shop.

Do not use this site for tickets to Sagrada Familia.
You will have to repurchase tickets on the legitimate Sagrada Familia website/app. By then, the time you wanted to visit will be sold-out and then you will have to rearrange your plans to come back and visit at another time.
This website will not give you a refund.
