I had an excellent experience with my online purchase of Mizuno irons. My delivery was free and my order arrived 2 days earlier than expected. I will definitely order from their online store again.

Amazing Service
I ordered a range finder from them, I received a call to say the product was discontinued and offered me the equivalent that was slightly more expensive at no cost. I even offered to pay the difference but they insisted. what was even more impressive is that I received my order the following morning.

Shortage of stock delay

Not a good experience
Not a good experience after I placed my order, no communciation updates, had to follow up, difficult to get hold of Nic, then issues with stock, had to eventually settle for a different shirt colour not what I actually wanted. Nic did make an effort to offer alternatives, to his credit hence the extra star. Propbably wont use the site again.
