Searched online and local for an engagement ring before deciding to purchase from S.A. Gems. Got the ring just over a month after purchasing and it was perfect. Great pricing and customer service

Great ring but there were shipping issues, the customer service was great at communicating and fixing the issues. The reason for 4 stars is...I haven't had this ring for a month and my stone already came out/off of the setting. Luckily I was able to find my stone!

There is a woman I've fallen for. She needs a diamond on her ring finger, and I'm privileged enough to be the one to do it. We both care about doing right by society and so we ignored other jewelers by picking a lab-grown gemstone to avoid conflict minerals. This business had what I was looking for based on what my lady said she liked, they answered all of my questions by email, followed through on all of their information and advertising with no sneaky ploys/ads/fees, and the ring itself is pretty. It was nice and convenient working with them.

I loved working with SA Gems to build my dream ring! Monil was SO responsive to my questions and changes with the design. Picking the stone was easy. They sent videos throughout the process and kept us informed. There were some holidays that delayed shipping and he made sure we were aware and set our expectations accordingly. The process was easy, and everyone is amazed with my ring!

I spent months doing research into various wholesalers as well as visiting several local jewelers. In the end, I chose S.A. Gems, and ordered 2 custom rings, an engagement ring & wedding band. My experience with Monil and his team was A+ from start to finish! I was nervous about making such a large & important purchase online, but the customer service I received couldn't have been better, which helped to lessen my anxiety! Every email was answered within the hour, I was able to schedule a zoom appt, communication was clear on what to expect, and everything went to the exact plan they promised. They also saved me a considerable amount of money on the exact solitaire diamond I wanted, as well as the custom design on both rings. I cannot say enough positive things about this company and will absolutely be referring them to friends & family. I am looking forward to my next beautiful purchase with S.A. Gems! 10/10 from a super type A perfectionist customer!

Everything about the process was amazing! We had wonderful cumunication through the whole custom design process they were very understanding with tweaks and adjustments to the CAD to create the perfect ring. The price for the dimond was fantastic. I was provided with updates and photos while the ring was being created and time line estimates. Shipping was discreet and well packed for safety. I will 100% be a return customer
