Great quality and just as pictured

Yet another SCAM...DO NOT be fooled by the website, nor the "Spokane Washington" address associated with it! Ordered a few items only weeks later, a packet arrives from Zhang Xiaojum, 'guang dong Zheng...' with a packet labeled in a completely foreign language/writing....no indication any of it was from the website, took me time to figure it out...sharp, cheap items that in no way resemble those on the site. I of course search too late, only to find countless reviews of this very sort. STAY AWAY!

Ordered the Standing Raven Lamp as a gift for someone. Product was exactly as pictured! She loved it. At first I had a bit of trouble with the tracking Nbr not updating. I reached out to customer service. They responded within 24 hours. They seemed genuinely concerned, investigated the problem and sent me a new tracking number. The package actually arrived ahead of the estimated delivery date. Based on my first experience with this company. I would definitely order again from them.

I ordered a “raven bird lamp”, but they shipped the wrong version. I accepted that it was a cheaply-made item, but I still reached out to them to let them know they sent the wrong item. They told me to keep it, and they would send me the correct version. Eventually, I received the new item (both shipped directly from China), but the beak was broken; completely shattered in one spot, so I couldn’t even superglue it back on. BTW, the beak is what holds the lamp cord.

I reached out to customer service, again, but I received no response. I even reached out to them AGAIN prior to writing this review. I spent $100, and I still don’t have an undamaged item that I ordered.

Buyer beware. I purchased a brass stem vase with a light bulb shape. It arrived yesterday and it is HORRIBLE. It is so cheap looking and has an orange hue. I learned a hard lesson not to purchase an item seen on Facebook sold by a sketchy company

The crow lamp had a small chip on the paint but I colored it with a black marker. Otherwise everything else was great.

Definitely a dropship. Ordered an "ultra soft" "wool" and acrylic knit blanket. Its so uncomfortable texturaly. It immediately gave me the kind of ichy sensation you get from rubbing fiberglass. There's almost no way there's ANY wool in this blanket. But it's actually impossible to tell without a tag of any kind, or any kind of packaging with something like a brand name, material composition or washing instructions.

Love these planters, and they arrived quickly.

The product is beautiful and excellent quality. The delivery service needs improvement. One vase the delivery person brought it up to the porch. The other delivery person left the package on the walkway about 12 feet from my door in the rain making it easy to steal the package.

Silk flower is very beautiful and arrived in reasonable time.

We ordered wall peg hooks and they finally arrived without mounting hardware. Unfortunately, the hardware is metric and not easily replaceable state side. We were not able to use them. S&S replaced the hooks with hardware, instead of sending hardware for the previous shipment. Something is lost in translation because shipping is very long and communication is subpar. I would not order again from them, its not the communication I would expect. Thought i was supporting a local Spokane business but it was all from China. I appreciate them sending a replacement but only the hardware was necessary. The original will take some effort to improvise hardware so we are not adding to the landfill.

Sage & Sill made good on a refund after our first time ordering this product was out of stock. The reorder arrived promptly and in good condition.

Very deceiving. Shows a US flag with a Spokane, Washington address, but item shipped out of country to go through customs, traveled to Alaska and finally made it to Oregon. Company lacks communication skills. Item was wrapped tightly in a plastic bag, stems bent, and flowers flattened. I expected more, and shipped in a box so there would be no damage. Plus, I ordered pink flowers and I received a coral pink. I will try to return, and will never order from this company again.

Very descriptive before purchase and was even better once it arrived. I was so impressed with the first order, I went back for a second order. It was very well packaged therefore my little vases all arrived in perfect condition!!!

The experience shopping with Sage & Sill was a good one! The only disadvantage was that the initial delivery time was a very long one. After the long wait, the order I received was damaged in transit. The package itself was very securely wrapped though, so I'm not sure how the damage occurred. I reported the damage immediately & followed through on the information the company needed, including photos of the damaged item. I explained I only needed a replacement bulb for the item, as that was what I sent the picture of. To my surprize though, today I received a whole new replacement order, not just the broken part (the bulb)! And it was super quick too! Thanx so much, Sage & Sill...🖤

My order was processed quickly and I received my Raven in just over 2 weeks. Very securely packaged and ready to use! It's the perfect item for my bookshelf!

Sent a head vase that was a hot defective mess. On Reddit they say this place is a scam. STAY AWAY.
