Order canceld. 1 STAR

I orderd from Germany. Paid 1300€ for a ouxi gt2000 it Said „free shipping“.
After a Day of now response I texted them on Gmail. No response. I texted them on TikTok. No Response. I called over the number I found in the Internet. No Response. After texting them on WhatsApp without a Response I decided to Call the WhatsApp number. FINALLY someone picks up the Phone. He Said „because you bought from Germany the delivery is 290€“ that would equal 1590€ in total. The Problem: Thats more expensive then on the offical Ouxi Website and on the checkout it Said „FREE SHIPPING“.

I am very mad about that because I was happy to finally get a good Deal for a ouxi gt2000.

I can not recommend this Store at all.
