I ordered x3 sets of light on Friday and they arrived Monday .
I had one set of these fine wired lights last Christmas, and they Give a mush better effect than traditional fairy lights or the led lights available in most stores. The wires are so thin that they are almost invisible in garlands or trees. Also, because the are wired it is easy to put them exactly where you want them! 10 out of 10 for this product!

Great product and prices...after sales service is excellent. Had a problem with a light i'd purchased 3 months prior but not fitted. Contacted their customer services, got through straight away and was offered a replacement straight away no quibble. Was easy and free to return faulty unit. highly recommend and I’ll definitely use again

I asked a question about the bulb in the light, It was answered very promptly and the light was dispatched just as quick. I found on receiving the light and fitting it, it was just what I wanted. An excellent supplier,

recently ordered an item direct from this company, rather than through Amazon and therefore didn't have to pay postage. Firm was giving free postage on the item I ordered. I had to ring the company with some queries and the man I spoke to was very helpful giving me both measurements and advice which was very useful. He suggested I ordered direct to save me some money.

I have over a period of time bought several LED GU10 spots, an LED security light, and two external wall lights with sensors, and am very satisfied with all these products. I am also particularly impressed by the service I received when one of the wall lights had a slight fault, and I received a replacement in less than 24 hours. Safield are first on my list when I need anything LED.

Ordered 2x Auraglow up/down outside wall lights (dusk-dawn & PIR) which were delivered promptly.
The units were of good quality, look good and are now installed and working fine. There were a few niggles however :-
1 - The PIR instructions are of no help but I was able to set it up from previous experience.
2 - Back plate mounting holes too near to edge, so drill wall accurately/carefully.
3 - Hole for incoming cable too near to mounting holes and internal controls.

Excellent service & it does precisely what it should.

What a great little light!

We've got a dark corner on the landing, and this plug-in light switches on as we approach. It's bright enough to be able to see the titles of the books on the bookcase aswell. Ours stays on for 60 second, not the advertised 30. But who cares? Wish I'd had one years ago.

The delivery was so speedy I couldn't believe how cheap the cost for next day was. Nice and helpful staff on the two occasions I spoke with the company prior to purchasing. Really personalised and friendly. Sadly I had a problem with the pump on my item, however I can not fault the immediate reply to my email together with a return label. Absolutely fantastic customer care and service, so very refreshing. Will definitely use company again.
