Had to email them -received goods next day.

Whilst I am pleased to hear that the glasses meet your expectations, I am disappointed to hear that we let you down because we did not let you know about the delay with your delivery.
When you did contact us, your order had been dispatched the previous day and you should have received an email confirming the dispatch and providing the delivery tracking details. I am very sorry if this did not arrive.
We now have in place a process to notify customers if there is a delay to their order, so we are doing everything we can to avoid this issue again.
