Safe Tag is a great product. When I recently had challenges the excellent customer service reached out to me in a friendly helpful manner and sorted the problem after troubleshooting by sending me a replacement unit even though out of gurantee period.

For peace of mind & insurance purposes I needed a GPS tracker for a caravan I bought, something reliable that just did the job it was designed for without breaking the bank. The SafeTag did this perfectly. Unfortunately my circumstances changed over the year & sold the caravan & not replacing. But I do have a Cavapoo puppy that I wanted to keep safe, unfortunately this tracker was too big. SafeTag are not doing a pet tracker yet but it is in the pipeline, so I will definitely be interested in that when it comes out! A young, British company, what's not to like!

I absolutely love the tracker. It's so easy to use, not gaudy, and doesn't require any additional power source. The annual cost for the highest tier is very affordable, especially for the peace of mind it provides for the whole year! I always know exactly where my car is.

I had a question about my account itself, and the customer service team was quick to have an actual person reply to my inquiry rather than AI trying to guess what I was asking. She was incredibly helpful and had my answer quickly and made sure I understood fully the answer to my query. I cannot recommend this highly enough!

I initially bought one of trackers that connected directly to the car battery but I couldn’t connect it because of where the battery is situated, I contacted SafeTag and they recommended a different device which is now protecting my car, I have to say that the customer service is absolutely brilliant, they will answer any questions you have and help you choose the right device for your vehicle. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

This is the third tracker I’ve had , the first two were a different brand/company and were nowhere near as good or accurate as this safe tag one , really happy with it so far and it’s easy to hide in various locations on the car.

The tracker products are well made, solid and work flawlessly - location markers are near enough pin-point ad the web and app access portals are excellent - easy to navigate and work all the time.

I needed to ask a few technical question and a rep from Safetag replied within a matter of hours, this was on a weekend as well - a very human touch is felt with this company.

The cost of the tracker unit itself is good value as is the on-going subscription to allow tracking etc.

I have lost my charging cable twice and they have kindly replaced it free. Interaction with staff is always warm and friendly. The tracker works well.

Purchased this for creating records of journeys. Found it to be a reliable Tracker with live monitoring using an App. A reasonable size and magnetic so can be hidden anywhere.
For the price a First class piece of equipment and a very usable website.

The SafeTag tracker was easier than expected to set up. In calibrating location I travelled longer and further than recommended, but it still homed in on my movements and I was easily able to look at these afterwards. An excellent bit of kit.

An excellent and necessary piece of equipment every driver should have in their. With a 10 second refresh rate it is so easy to follow the item you have it attached to. The magnet is extremely strong and not likely to fall off when fitted to a metal source. A very reasonable cost for a year's peace of mind. A great accessory.
A fantastic customer service also, my tracker was 2G but 2G is being phased out in my area and SafeTag kindly replaced it with a 4G tracker and accuracy is very important to the SafeTag team. Very highly recommended.

Unbelievable customer service - unfortunately the tracker had a bit of an issue on a long international trip but the team issued a complete refund once I’d sent the item back and stopped my subscription without issue. Highly recommend as you’ll have the assurance issues will be dealt with well!

The device and its technology are ideal for all levels of need. Tracking your vehicle via the mobile app is easy. If you have access to multiple vehicles then that same app supports you. My main reason for reviewing apart from the device reliability is the customer support team who are on hand and quickly respond to queries, in my case concerning a business deployment. The company behind this device make purchasing a complete package.

Excellent product which works very well in the app. The subscription price was very reasonable. The best thing about SafeTag is the customer service. Excellent communication. Don’t hesitate to buy this product as it is excellent!!

This company takes customer support to the next level. They have already sent me a charging lead FOC and are sorting out a Safetag Mini I managed to drown in a puddle. Excellent!

We live in rural area. SafeTag was very accurate and enabled us to easily track our vehicle.

I was new to this tracking device and at age 60 really not that tech savvy ! So I was very impressed by the very quick response to my emails explaining how the device worked etc
I have a couple of times deactivated and re activated my subscription with no problems.

This arrived just a day after I ordered it. I'd bought a new car and wanted to.protect my investment. It was already charged so I 'took it for a walk' for about 15 mins to check it's performance. I checked it on the app and confirmed it's accuracy and installed it 'somewhere' on my car. After 5 weeks I am very satisfied with it's accuracy, and that it notifies me every time the car moves from stationary, and at the completion of journeys. I have already recommended SatTagMag to friends and relatives!
