It's not as accurate as it says it is. My cats indoors at the moment and the tracker isn't...?

I've only had the pet safe tracker a few days now very pleased with it I bought it for my cat its tracks everywhere she goes and you can tracker her every few minutes its brilliant.well with the money I definitely would recommend it .
The only problem I had was logging on to the site it just wouldnt let me register twice but once I called customer service they were very helpful the same day and talked me through it very helpful and curtious had it up and running in minutes .

Very simple to set up and start using. The phone app is easy to navigate and use. Sometimes the “find pet” function says they are in a different location, I’m presuming this is to do with the GPS. But after a few minutes it provides a correct location. Great price.

Brilliant product. Easy to use and addictive to watch where my wee scallywag goes!!
I did have a problem with my first device but Lisa at Saferpet was right on it and very helpful. A replacement was sent out that day and received the next.

Excellent company with amazing admin and support .
We bought a tracker last week and sadly due to our bad reception here,it would not get a signal
The help we received was first class,the tracker was a fab size and was perfect in every other way ..
We were told to send it back and a very speedy refund was sent to our bank
Gutted that due to where we are this lovely tracker did not work
Would recommend this company for the easy accessibility to help when needed

I am delighted with the service from Safer Pet and the device appears to work well once the user comes to terms with it. The help received when asked for is first class. Never feel that you cannot contact them.

This is an excellent little device. I used it for the 1st time this afternoon & could easily keep track of my dog when running in open woodland.
There were a few hiccups to start with but the company quickly sorted them out & also sent me a new case that would fit easily over my dogs collar.
Will definitely recommend this device.
