In two consecutive years of use as a student mental health nurse I have experienced glitches and inaccessibility three times. I had to redo the same three times for the same reason. Regardless of what browsers I have been using [chrome, firefox, opera, safari] and interface [IOS, Windows]. Also another variable that was controlled was the speed that was always over 140mbps. Very upsetting when dealing with the actual tests in real time.

Response: I did communicate and nothing happened besides apologies via mail, which undoubtedly for my test experience was not good. This issue occurred too many times - consecutive times.

We can practice through Formative assessment which I find very helpful.

The practice exams are a great way to practice our skills but it would be beneficial to have a practice exam which merged essential skills, body weight and body surface calculations and injectable medicines

This app is user friendly, safe explanatory and displays the answer for revision.

Very very time consuming having to re - do 100 questions when you have made 1 error for example tablets / capsules. Etc . It would be more efficient to correct the errors made rather than go through the whole test again .

Could be more user friendly

It is the easiest learning platform I've come across. The only challenge I encountered is that the password is always messed up.
