I do not recommend Safe Medical Travel clinic and I strongly advise against considering their services without very thorough verification.
My experience with Safe Medical Travel was extremely unpleasant and left a very bad impression. The contact with the staff was unprofessional, at times even curt and rude, which in a medical facility is absolutely unacceptable.
Instead of a reliable and calm medical consultation, I had the impression that Safe Medical Travel primarily focuses on offering additional procedures and increasing treatment costs, regardless of actual medical necessity. In my opinion, this raises serious concerns about the transparency and integrity of their approach to patients. I was offered two visits that are unnecessary when only placing crowns.
The situation worsened after I raised my concerns – the consultant’s reaction was nervous and unprofessional, and the conversation quickly escalated into an unpleasant exchange of words, ending with her hanging up the phone.
In summary: a very disappointing experience with Safe Medical Travel, which means I cannot recommend this clinic. It is worth exercising particular caution and carefully reviewing all terms before making any decision regarding treatment.

What was presented in the company’s response is, to a large extent, misleading and untrue. The reason I ended the communication was the consultant’s arrogant and dismissive attitude, constant interruptions during conversations, and a complete lack of professionalism and respect toward a potential patient.
Additionally, already at the consultation stage, there were attempts to push additional costs and expand the scope of services in a way that raised serious concerns. Instead of receiving clear and honest information, I had the impression that pressure was being applied and that financial aspects were being prioritized over the actual needs of the patient.
It is also untrue that the company made no attempts to have this review removed. They contacted the platform administrator requesting its removal, and I have evidence confirming this. Only after those attempts failed did they decide to publish a lengthy response aimed at portraying the situation differently and discrediting my experience.
My review is based solely on the actual course of communication and my personal experience. If, already at the very first stage of contact, a potential patient is met with arrogance, manipulation, attempts to impose additional costs, and a lack of respect, it is difficult to place trust in any further cooperation. Everyone can judge for themselves whether this is an acceptable way to treat potential patients.
