Really straightforward
No faff I'm not great at using computers if I'm honest, but I managed absolutely fine. Uploaded all my documents, added my bank accounts, and invited my mum. the whole thing took less than an hour.

SafeKept is a UK estate management platform covering the full lifecycle from life planning through bereavement administration. For individuals, SafeKept provides an encrypted vault to store every financial account, document, digital asset, and subscription in one place - giving executors a clear, structured record to work from when the time comes. For executors, SafeKept provides a guided dashboard to systematically close an estate, notify financial institutions, and track every outstanding response until the estate is fully settled. For professionals, SafeKept provides dedicated portals for solicitors, accountancy firms, and funeral homes to manage client estates at scale - collaborating on shared cases, sending institution notifications, and reducing the administrative burden on bereaved families. For banks and financial institutions, SafeKept provides a structured digital notification channel that replaces the fragmented phone calls and paper letters that make up most bereavement correspondence today. We built SafeKept because modern financial life has never been more complex or more digital, but the infrastructure for closing an estate has not kept pace. Over 568,000 deaths are registered in England and Wales every year. Each one creates an estate that needs to be administered. SafeKept exists to make that process faster, clearer, and less distressing for everyone involved.

Didn't realise how many subscriptions I had
The subscription tracker alone was worth signing up for. I was paying for three things I'd completely forgotten about and cancelled them the same day. It’s defo worth money
I have been meaning to do this for years. I was actually fortunate to be one of their early adopters, and I finally got everything in one place, bank accounts, the pension I kept forgetting about, even sorted my Netflix and Spotify so my family won't be hunting for them. What I actually found so useful was being able to invite my partner as my executor straight after signing up from the platform. Took me an evening, but honestly wish I'd done this sooner, but no other platform could provide exactly what I was looking for before.
