Safe Heating Solutions ltd were brilliant from start to finish. They were punctual and very professional. Jamie came round to give advice on a new boiler as ours needed replacing he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He sent us a reasonable quote and was able to fit us in for a new boiler very quickly. Jamie came to fit the boiler himself his workmanship was exemplary we would highly recommend. Cheers Jamie

Jamie has been fantastic from start to finish. He helped me see the damage in my boiler from a honey bee nest and gave me pressure free options for my future boiler. I decided on a combination boiler and due to my current boiler being broken, he endeavoured to get me up and running as soon as possible. Thank you Jamie!

Jamie replaced our old vented hot water cylinder with new unvented one, he delivered exactly what I had asked for which was to replace the old vented hot water cylinder with an unvented one, install a mixing valve on the outlet of the cylinder and install a smart controller for the electric immersion heater. I'm very pleased with the new system and impressed with Jamie's knowledge and skill in quoting and installing it for us.

Jamie came round after he was recommended to us and promptly diagnosed the faults on our Ideal logic boiler, we had nothing but trouble with this boiler, which was only eight years old!
He provided quotes to repair or to replace with a far superior make.
We decided that a new one was our best option and was recommended to have a Vaillant ecoTEC PLUS and the service has been absolutely fantastic. After finishing the installation, he guided us through all the controls using the Hive app and ensured we could do it ourselves. We would highly recommend. Thank you

I am pleased to be able to review the fitting and service of a Vaillant Ecotec Combi boiler last year, and including the end of first year service. I like to be able to experience the full cycle for a new product installation.
As my existing boiler was unsafe and therefore unusable it was important that it was replaced quickly. From the initial meeting with Jamie of Safe Heating Solutions I felt confident that he was well qualified to do the job. Sure enough, he was able to supply and fit the latest model Vaillant within the week, and at a competitive price.
Jamie is an extremely capable and experienced engineer and has been a great source of valuable information and advice. He sourced the boiler when they were scarce and fitted it immediately. His familiarity from training with this new model meant the installation was completed quickly and without hassle.
He has a quick and efficient working style. He is really methodical, explaining while doing; there is no cutting of corners. And he definitely goes the extra mile. This was as apparent in the first-year service as it was for the initial fitting. I have never had a service as thorough as Jamie did.
He was clean and careful in the property as well, protecting floors and carpets, covering work tops, and cleaning and wiping down afterwards.
After-service was impressive too. Documentation was provided with the product of course, but also full copies of all the manufacturer fitting and service details were provided as attachments to communications throughout.
All in all, he’s done an extremely professional job and I recommend him most highly.
And he’s a nice guy. It’s been a pleasure to have him in the house.

Our boiler failed and needed replacing urgently. Jamie gave us what I thought was a very reasonable quote compared to some others I looked at and he certainly knows his stuff. Jamie arrived when he said he would and managed to get to us earlier than originally booked. He was very professional and worked late to ensure we had heat overnight. He did a fantastic job replacing our very old system which gave him some issues. I would recommend Safe Heat Solutions without any reservations at all. We are having further work done by Safe Heat Solutions early next year.

Jamie came after some other gas engineers didn't fill me with confidence, trying to diagnose and repair my boiler. His knowledge about boilers (vaillant) was abundant. He diagnosed the problem on the first visit and came back the following week with genuine parts and fitted them in no time. Communication was great and he worked around my free time. Very reasonable price and now my boiler is working better than ever. I would highly recommend.

My old gas boiler was well past it's best. I decided to have a new one, fitted by Safe Heating Solutions ltd. I can't praise them enough. Arriving promptly at 8:30 with the new boiler. The old one drained down and removed. The new one fitted, all up and running by 4pm. Everywhere left tidy, by the extremely efficient and polite heating engineer. Clear instructions and advice given on the use of the the boiler and thermostat. Ten year parts and labour guarantee. Which is absolute peace of mind for me. Replaced our pants of old knackered leaking boiler with brand new one with ten year warranty, absolute boom! Came on a Saturday, worked his socks off, great service and a nice guy.

Jamie gave some sound advice during a quotation for a replacement boiler and his price was reasonable. a date for fitting was agreed and he worked hard all day not leaving until 7pm. I am safe in the knowledge that my daughter has a new boiler with a 10 year guarantee and that Jamie's looking after it.
