Car delivered safely and more quickly than expected…
In my experience looking for car transport, I received low quotes from everyone, but soon found out that the “market price” was much higher (although this is likely not the case all the time). When I called Safeeds Transport, Brian was professional, responsive, and focused on a seamless delivery. He communicated clearly, honored every commitment, and ensured my vehicle arrived safely and on schedule. (Of note, I was charged a deposit fee before finding transport while another company did not charge a fee beforehand.) Safeeds Transport truly exceeded my expectations with reliable service, attention to detail, and stress-free experience. I would recommend them to anyone—from booking through final delivery. Although the final price was more than I expected, Brian found enclosed transport for my car without additional cost. My car was then delivered safely and more quickly than expected.

Satisfactory experience overall
I had a good experience overall...I was told the driver would come in 1-2 days but he came in 3 days. That was inconvenient because I wasn't going to be home that day. We worked around it though and it worked out. So I would say plan on being flexible with whatever timeframe they give you. Add an extra day or 2. Also I was shipping my car during New Year's week so that might have effected the timeline as well.
Overall I appreciated being given the driver's phone number. I texted him the day I got it but didn't get a response. On the day he came to pick up my car, he was very responsive. He answered my calls and texts. We worked out where I could leave my key to my car for him to pick it up. He gave me updates and realistic timelines which put me at ease.
He told me when he would come to pick my car up (different than what the logistics company originally said) and the day he would drop it off and he was on time with his ETA both times! Which I was happy about!
It wasn't a perfect experience but I got my car in a decent timeframe especially being that my pick up time was the week of the New Year holiday. And my car arrived in good condition, and I felt the price was fair.
Overall, I would use them again. I worked with Joseph Williams.

They gave me a price and a date,they…
They gave me a price and a date,they took a 500$ deposit. Brian could not find transport for the quote they gave me and would not return my deposit even though it was a week PAST the pick up date. He asked me for another 500$ to get it to my destination because nobody would take it for their quote and he didn’t want to give up his commission! I eventually paid another 350$ and he gave up 150$ of his commission to transport my car. I eventually got it 2 weeks later than I was supposed to and had to walk or bicycle in 15 degree weather for 2 weeks at my new job! They don’t care as long as they get their commission! I asked for my deposit back originally and Brian said he was keeping it so I had NO choice but to pay more!!! Don’t use these people. I was just threatened after Brian read my review “i did not mean any offense to you but you will see the offense if this is not off my page
i am not repeating myself again , i assure you i will do the same damage you are doing to my reputation , believe me” now he’s threatening where i live “ i know where you leave”” so you are just making it more complicated than it needs to be”” i will take it from here” these are the texts he is sending me now

After getting multiple quotes, I quickly realized how common the bait-and-switch game is in this industry. Several companies gave me low numbers that later changed. Safeeds Transport was different.
