After using the juicer 1 time
After using the juicer 1 time, a piece of plastic broke off and made a loud noise (bang). Since then I see that it cracked an area and depending the vegetable I juice the crack becomes bigger.

I have been using it for 2 weeks now, and I can say that I am quite satisfied. In the beginning, every time we made a smoothie, there was a weird burning smell coming from the blender, but right now that is luckily gone, so I can say that it is an amazing product.

Excellent apparaat. Maar there was a damage part and I have returned one week ago. Until today, 8 days later, I haven't received any confirmation of answer from the shop. This l consider a lack of responsibility and I feel very disappointed. Because of this situation I hope to get my return money asap.
