Great customer service
I had an interesting experience with this company. I ordered a blender online from bol.com, but when it came it had extra pieces which meant that the blender couldn't be assembled properly. I emailed the company, and their customer service was fantastic - quick, informative and very understanding. They couldn't solve my issue with that blender, so they sent me a new one. They allowed me to keep the first one.
The second blender arrived, and while it was easy to set up, it unfortunately didn't work. I sent the company a video of me setting it up and it not working, and again their customer service was superb; they immediately said they would send me a new one, and told me to keep the second one.
The third one arrived, and I'm happy to say it works perfectly. I've made hummus, smoothies and some red sauce and it's all been great. So it's a good product, and the customer service is great - it was just that the first two products I received didn't work. But that issue was quickly resolved. So I'd certainly recommend them

The product arrived partially damaged.
One piece of the tupperware set arrived damaged, apparently broken during delivery. This was 3 weeks ago. After sending the photo of the shattered product in the original box, they promised to replace it, but to this day and despite two reminders I have not received anything other than numerous requests to leave a review. Too much hassle!
The product itself is ok. Seems a bit pricey for what it is, but time will show that.

Our Safecourt Kitchen blender stopped working after almost two years. We contacted Bol, and Nathalie helped us with this issue. She offered to send me a new product which it was indeed the best solution :) I am happy with the new product and with the customer service provided.

Great product support
I bought a coffee grinder from Safecourt which stopped working (properly) after one year. I contacted support, sent them a short video of the problem, and they agreed to send a replacement. They stand behind their product.
