I have been attempting to withdraw USDT…

I have been attempting to withdraw USDT from the wallet. I have applied a bunch of money towards paying the “gas fees” to get the money out. They told me to send $500 in ETH and I could do the withdrawal. I sent the money but there was a price dip in ETH so I was $1.47 short. I sent extra ETH to cover it and was told, after the fact, that it had to be in one deposit. They blamed it on the “system”. This was after they gave me an “absolute guarantee” that I would get my USDT. Now they won’t let me withdraw some of the ETH that I deposited.
