For the past 31 years, Safe and Sound has been providing customers with quality products and service. We began as a small stereo shop and now we have transformed into a company well-versed in popular, trending home theater systems and speakers. While our store has changed physically, and our customer base has grown exponentially, aided by the advent of the internet, we have not lost focus of the traditional methods of business ethics that have been the foundation of our growing company. We deliver service which is, and has always been, friendly, honest, and personal. At Safe and Sound, we don't just gain a customer, we gain a life long relationship. On a daily basis, we communicate with previous customers on a first name basis. As years go by, they won't necessarily remember the product model number they purchased from us or the price they paid. However, They will remember the exceptional service they received. We remember our customers by name and the speaker systems they purchased. This personalization allows our customers to feel comfortable giving us a call for any and all support related concerns or questions. When a customer has a positive experience with us, along with strengthening our reputation, it resonates with the brands we sell. We design Home Theater and car stereo systems for customers with passion. The same passion we had when we designed a similar speaker system for our own home or car, Having 100% belief in every brand we sell makes this passion come naturally. After my 17 year-old tube integrated…

After my 17 year-old tube integrated disintegrated I looked for a specific Musical Fidelity integrated as I own a MF DAC and like both the quality and the value. I spoke with Mike, the owner, had an informative and enjoyable conversation, and ordered the amp. It came in 2 days and I am still running it in but I love it! This is a real old fashioned HiFi store, highly recommended!

Great Customer Service

I opened the box and could not find the remote or power cord. I sent them an e-mail and they responded on a Sunday and offered to send me what was missing. I checked the box again and found the cord and remote. A+++++ for calling me within one hour and on a Sunday.

We have purchased many items from Safe…

We have purchased many items from Safe and Sound audio and have never been disappointed. We recently purchased a NAD receiver and due to the technical components of the receiver we had to call Aaron in tech support numerous times and he was so patient and helpful. He explained things so that we could understand. Thanks to Aaron and Safe and Sound we have an awesome system. We will definitely continue to be return customers!

Safe and sound is phenomenal …

The customer service is phenomenal and their installation services are fantastic.. prices are affordable. Their hours are convenient and the staff is friendly. I look forward to going back!!

Superior Customer Service!

At first I was a bit hesitant about buying from SAFE AND SOUND. After seeing all the positive reviews I decided to call to make sure it wasn’t a scam. Not only did they have the best price on the net, they offer superior customer service. After buying JBL L100’S and Stands I can say this.
I would buy again from them and recommend this if you’re in the market for the best of the best. Exceeded my expectations and I was shocked that this particular family mom and pop shop cares to take care of the customers, they have earned my business and I’ll continue to shop at SAFE AND SOUND for ALL of my audio needs.

Had a problem with my car stater so I…

Had a problem with my car stater so I called and was told to stop by. Arrived 2 hours later spoke with Arron and he went out to the vehicle and less than 10 minutes it was fixed. Very nice place no issues I would recommend stopping by.

I bought a Martin Logan Motion 35xti…

I bought a Martin Logan Motion 35xti from this company a year ago. Unfortunately I had electrical problems in my building and it messed up almost all my gears. Realizing I had a warranty, I reached out to Martin Logan and unfortunately they turned me down. They rather gave me a quote to purchase the tweeters and drivers. I was heartbroken and I reached out to Safe and Sound. They explained it’s beyond them since Martin logan has turned me down. Considering what I lost,they purchased the parts for me which is not part of the warranty. Thank you and will always recommend them.

Called out the guys from Safe and Sound to fix a clients lock. Eric Perry was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it. Have no problem recommending this company to anyone seeking a professional, meticulous locksmith.

Customer service exists in Chickopee

Customer service is alive and well in Chickopee, Massachusetts. I had a small snafu with my order and they got me sorted quickly. You talk to an actual person if you call with a question or concern, which already blows the competition out of the water, and on top of that, excellent and knowledgeable staff. I talked to Aaron and David, both friendly as can be. I would recommend their services to anyone. Next time I need a component, I know where I will get it, SafeAndSoundHQ! Thanks fellas!

I recently purchased a pair of Martin…

I recently purchased a pair of Martin Logan speakers at a nice price since they were an open box pair. It is hard to get quality, high end audio products at less than retail price so that was a true god-sent for people like me who posses high audio aspirations with a less than full bank account. There were complete professional, very personable and cheerful, and willing to go the extra mile to make customers like me extremely happy. Communication was quick and courteous, helpful and supportive. It is by far the best audio transaction I have ever had, and that goes back at least 30 years in buying audio equipment online and over the phone (before the internet!). You can't go wrong dealing with these folks! Honest...

Reaffirmed my post-COVID fears of online Customer Service

It seems that since COVID the audio dealers that managed to stay open did so at the expense of Customer Service. I found myself (sadly) leaving less than stellar reviews for many well established places where I had been a long-time customer. It's because of one such experience that I looked elsewhere and discovered Safe and Sound. In two separate $,$$$ transactions in the past 90 days I cannot overstate the positive experience I had both times. Coming off a bad experience with another audio dealer you can imagine I was hypersensitive to ANYTHING not going spot on perfect here. Since I never told them about any of my past history I must assume that they treat all their customers as stellar as they did me. This has become my new go-to site for all my future A/V purchases. Bravo!

They are efficient and trustworthy

They are efficient, good pricing, answer the phones, and do everything to help. Talked to Dave and Kevin and calls are always returned. I have problems dealing with Marantz and Dave is helping me find a human at Marantz, which is no easy task. I would buy from these guys again, and I saved hundreds of dollars.
