It was the first time I have used this company so was a little nervous about the products .
I did have an issue with one of the necklaces but Christine in Customer Services couldn’t do enough to get the problem sorted and a replacement sent out to me .
Would definitely use again .

Made my first order after seeing an ad on facebook. The order took a while to arrive which made me nervous but I need not have worried. The order came in a nice box ( so nice for a gift) . It looks pretty is a nice length and stays nice even after swimming in it.
I am now going to order the silver version

I’m obsessed with my jewelry! It’s so pretty and looks just as advertised. I get compliments on it all the time. Shipping didn’t take long at all! Would shop here again :)

I’d been looking for a pair of statement heart earrings for a while but couldn’t find d what I was looking for, until I stumbled across the LOVER EARRINGS in GOLD. They’re gorgeous and I’m really pleased with them. The size is perfect for day or night and they’re not too heavy.

Products overpriced for what they are. Looks pretty but lacking in quality compared to other similar online companies. Feels more like children’s jewellery. Would not buy again.

I ordered a ring for my sister for her birthday & it was delivered by Amazon delivery, they left it on my door step in full view from the street & i was away for a couple of days. I got home & it wasn't there. I got in touch with Saege & explained what had happened & they immediately sent me another one out at their expense. I couldn't be happier with their customer service department. Also the ring was beautiful when it came.
