We had an ASHP installed a couple of years ago by another company and ever since we have struggled to get the radiators to work. Jay came to see us and gave us a quote to replumb 2 radiators, which we accepted. When they did the work they established that the radiators were fed by a single pipe system, which would not work at the lower temperature that the ASHP works at. So we asked for and accepted a quote to replumb the rest of the radiators.
The quote assumed that they would have to drop new pipes down to each radiator from the roof space, however they found a way of replumbing all but one radiator from the small space below the floor, resulting is virtually no redecoration work. The guys doing the work went to all ends possible to achieve this.
We would have no hesitation about recommending Sadler & Bourne for this sort of work
