Untrustworthy Sales Trickery
This place appears to play nice while performing every nasty sales trick in the book. Bait-and-switch (advertise $25k for a used car and then demand thousands more for undisclosed upgrades when you show up), manager-in-the-back (wait for manager to confirm every little thing), keep-you-waiting (over 4 hours to simply buy a used car "as is" in cash), undesired-warranty (hardcore sales to purchase extended warranty), unfulfilled-promises (second key not provided as promised), keep-your-personal-items (kept personal items left in our trade-in without notifying us), and more. We paid $2145 for leather seats to be added and after 4+ weeks and multiple calls and email later they still haven't even set a work date. We've now paid legal fees to JusticeDirect.Com to deliver a certified, Breach of Contract demand letter for $2145 and may end up suing. You've been warned.
