!A photographer that ruined our wedding! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
We booked during a winter promotion that offered a discount and free pre-wedding shoot. Months later, we suddenly received an email accusing us of late payment and threatening to cancel our booking with no refund, even though the contract didn’t specify any payment deadline. The tone was rude and unnecessarily aggressive, which already left us feeling uneasy, but we settled the payment immediately.
When we tried to arrange the pre-wedding shoot, we were told it wasn’t included after all. Even after sharing screenshots of the original promotion and the website showing it was part of the package, we were met with excuses and dismissive responses. It felt as though the photographer simply didn’t want to honour what had been promised. We were eventually offered a Wednesday at midday for 30min as the only availability for months. We couldn’t make it so additional time was supposed to be added on our wedding day.
On our actual wedding day he missed several key moments — including the bridal entrance (blurry of face close-ups only) and the confetti exit. He often had to be prompted by the celebrant to capture moments. After arriving at the reception venue we got a text to say he wouldn’t be coming to the reception due to “traffic.” All our guests had just travelled the same way/distance without delays, and he was one of the first to leave. We were left without a photographer for the rest of the day.
When we finally received our photos, the quality was extremely poor — many were blurry, awkwardly framed, or missed the emotion and atmosphere completely. There was no apology, no refund, just a mention of some “extra photos” as a goodwill gesture, which did nothing to make up for how our day had been handled. Why would we need more poor quality photos of the same hour.
Since leaving a review we received further threats and he has since created new profiles. Sadly, this experience left us with lasting disappointment instead of beautiful memories. I would urge other couples to be very cautious before booking.

We’re very sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience. We always strive to provide the best possible service to every couple and are saddened that you feel let down.
However, we would like to clarify a few important details. Your booking was originally for a 4-hour package, covering a single London location. Only shortly before the wedding were we informed that there would be two separate venues, one of which was in Milton Keynes. We explained that this would make the schedule extremely tight and strongly recommended booking additional coverage to ensure full-day photography could be achieved.
On the day, our team experienced difficulty locating you at the first venue. Security informed us that you were not at the church, and we had to contact reception to find out where to meet you. Later, while travelling to the second location, we were delayed by an accident on the road. We immediately contacted the couple to inform them. Unfortunately, as the booked time had already ended and no extended coverage had been arranged, we were unable to continue photographing beyond the contracted hours. This is clearly stated in the agreement.
Despite this, we provided over 300 additional edited photos free of charge, worth more than £300, as a gesture of goodwill. You also downloaded over 400 photos in total, which we feel shows that many of the images were appreciated.
We would also like to make clear that we have never issued any threats, nor have we created new accounts. Our business has operated under the same name, website, and social media pages since we began.
We’re proud to have worked with over 50 brides, many of whom have expressed genuine happiness with the service and results they received. Several have offered to share honest reviews to reflect their positive experiences with our team.
While we understand that emotions can run high after such an important event, the claims made in this review contain several inaccuracies. We remain committed to professionalism, transparency, and delivering a high standard of photography for every client
