This is my third time ordering a photo book from Saal Digital, and the German quality is truly outstanding. This is by far the highest-quality product I have ever purchased. The print matches the digital prepress perfectly, which is extremely important to me as a designer.
The software they provide is also very intuitive and makes the entire process smooth and efficient. It gives me full creative freedom to design my photos exactly the way I want before sending them to print.
Delivery is impressively fast — from production to arrival at my door in less than 7 days.
What makes these photo books truly exceptional is the lay-flat binding: each page is printed separately and then bonded together. This allows full use of the entire spread, even across the fold, without losing any part of the image.
And the cover is simply stunning — especially the front cover with the photo under acrylic glass. The result is a product that feels incredibly premium, refined, and luxurious.

Easy to use. Tools are creative and step by step guide to pick the right product was very helpful.

I ordeded a photobook. Unfortunately, out of 70 pages 11 pages had a barely noticeable defect - a thin dotted line running through the pages. Contacted SAAL immediately - they readily responded and produced the book again. I've just received it - perfect quality! Thank you SAAL!

The promotion was impossible to refuse. So I tried the photo book. and I am glad I did it. The book itself is withe very good print quality at least for now. The book itself looks to be very good quality too. The built in instrument for creating a photo book on the site is quite good with some minor remarks. such as - when adding a text it is not quite clear when the text can be printed or when there will be a problem with the print. it only appears in the end and the explanation is not very clear. It would be nice if during the editing there was an option to change the type of paper. I wanted to change the type of paper after adding the pictures but could not find such option. I didn't like the one minute option but it is a matter of taste. Everything else was close to perfect and the book itself looks like a luxury product. I like it very much.

I am pretty happy from your organization and your support give me feedback very quickly. I'm a little annoyed from automatic mailing about pushing me pay(even when i made the transferee). Also i had option to make a purchase without having account (profile) in your system. I register later but still it' will be good to have options to ADD projects in your account so it will be easy to follow. Keep the good work. I'm happy with the quality and software.

I ordered calendars from the Bulgarian website. There was no option to chose calendar Holidays for Bulgaria, only the major EU countries. This doesn't make sense, since there is a Bulgarian alias of the company. I continued to build my calendar and forgot about this option, and the calendars for my grandparents came with German Holidays.

Something else I didn't like was that after building albums for about 1h30, the cloud save didn't work. I tried adding text, the webpage got stuck and the text function didn't even appear on the page. After I refreshed all my work on the album was gone and I had to start all of my 1h30m work all over again. It was the first time I use the website, so I didn't know that it's a good idea to make a local save.

Other than that, the albums and calendars were great, very high quality and good prices with the vouchers and discount for bundles.

I did like the software experience and result but the main reason I chose the website was the expected delivery date. The site said that all purchases until 15th Dec would be delivered on the 23rd. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed and my Christmas presents preparation was ruined. Although I am satisfied with the results, because of the delivery disappointment I consider the service rather unreliable.

I was surprised by how great the photo book I received was. Great quality and amazing service! I highly recommend!
