I purchased the Ryoko didnt work

I purchased the Ryoko, tried to set it up and it would not work. I tried to work with the IT team and did as they asked. When none of the suggestions worked I asked that they just cancel the subscription. I did not even ask them to refund the cost of the product or the first 6 months I simply decided to eat my loss. Then I got an email a few months later that they would be billing me for the renewal. I tried to email them got no response. I called PayPal who it was through and was told they could freeze my card, all this did was allow Ryoko to bill my bank instead. I disputed the charge with PayPal sent the email where I requested and they agreed to cancel. I thought I was safe using paypal because they have always protected me but maybe they have a partnership. Even after submitting the email where they said they canceled paypal sided with them and I was out the money. I even have an email from Ryoko that they would refund the money but they needed to wait for Paypal to finish the review. Paypal sided with them and now they said they will not refund the payment. What is said is all I asked was for the 2nd renewal to be refunded that they agreed was cancelled. I did not even ask them to refund all the money I lost out on. I am very disappointed with Ryoko for not doing the right thing and with paypal for not also doing the right thing. I could take it to small claims court but if I win Paypal could close my account and then I lose again, this was a no win situation for me and I feel like I was taken advantage of. I hope that this review saves someone else from a costly mistake. Another thing they have a 60 day money back guarantee and I canceled well within that and they refunded ZERO. Then took another payment 6 months later. BUYER BEWARE

Bought the 4G Ryoko device four years…

Bought the 4G Ryoko device four years ago from a dodgy company out of Lithuania near Russia . Suffice to say, it showed up as present on my devices , but no strong signal and no Internet. Worse to come was, the impossible contact I attempted , no real corporate number, no real email address, and that was my Ryoko cost dead in the water Be warned, and study those fake reviews were nearly all are 4 or 5 stars, this is a company that moves around. if there is another location it is virtually invisible that was my last experience. Check for 5g Towers and hotspots first, also test any corporate contact details and see if they connect.
