The book I ordered was difficult to find elsewhere. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. My little boy loves it.

Order never arrived . Claims to have used 2nd class post. Would not use again as just wasted time waiting for my book when could order elsewhere and get next day delivery.

Excellent price for multiple copies of a book that was difficult to source elsewhere. Easy to order and delivered in excellent condition.

The Good:
Following a search for the book (and version) I was looking for I found it ryefieldbooks.com and at a reasonable price.
Ordering was easy and email comms was adequate.
Book is excellent quality.

The Bad:
Nothing really. Only awkward aspect was of my own making. I ordered as a “guest” so unable to track my order. I created an account with the email I’d ordered with but wouldn’t link to my order.
I was able to email customer service who wid provide an update however.

Would recommend and shop again. Thanks!

I cannot write a review for a book I have not received it's now 8 days since ordered and still not arrived postage is over 4 pound so its baffling. When I emailed they were very quick to respond explaining the book left them on 3rd so 5 days later still not arrived I had expected the book earlier so I'm disappointed. However there was good communication from Ryefield and i recd the book 9 days after order. Book great

Cost a little more than you know who.
But if more do the same then maybe that will one less driver pissing in a bottle.

Found company entirely by accident whilst looking for a book that was out of stock elsewhere. Price and order process was good. However as I did not create an account I had to email to find status of my order. Reply was next day and just before delivery! Therfore no problems to speak of. Will use again.

Have used Ryefield Books a couple of times as a bookseller for audiobooks at prices cheaper than other suppliers. Use of website for ordering is easy and goods arrived within a few days. Prices do not include VAT and shipping but even so, their overall prices are good and shipping is free for minimum spend and discount for the more items purchased.

I was unsure at first as had no information after initial confirmation email. After a few days I contacted customer service had a very quick response saying book had left the warehouse and was on it’s way, it arrived the next day. Very well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

I did not receive my initial order and reached out to the Ryefield Books customer service. The initial shipment seemed to have been lost, so my order was shipped again. This time I received tracking information for my shipment to France. My book was delivered in a few days in good condition. I recommend this website, thank you.
