Worst and longest experience EVER!
Do not use their own solicitors…slower than a snail. Rude, obnoxious and don’t chase things as they should. Appalling service and you are paying for it!
The agents were ok…until passed onto a “manager” who was worse than useless. No updates, no urgency…nothing. We had to chase them weekly and always received the same generic unhelpful answers.
House buying should not be this hard.

The staff at Ryder & Dutton have all been helpful and supportive throughout, but Amy truly stood out. She was incredibly attentive and always got back to me promptly with every query and email. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her.

Amy consistently took the time to explain things clearly when I didn’t understand and always managed to calm me down during what can be a very stressful process. Her patience, reassurance, and professionalism made such a big difference, and I always felt supported and kept informed.
