They are a not that big yet but it already has a better customer experience and support then Ledger and the product they sell is also solid but it needs time

I own two Ryder wallets and genuinely think this is one of the best products I’ve bought in crypto.

I’m not a crypto wizard, but I understand crypto and love the ecosystem. I’ve used different wallets over the years, but Ryder feels like one of the first products built for normal people like me while still taking security seriously.

The biggest thing for me was moving away from the stress and fear around seed phrases. The recovery approach is a game changer and makes self custody feel accessible rather than intimidating.

The hardware itself feels premium, setup was simple, the app experience was smooth, and the whole product feels well thought out from start to finish.

What also stands out is the team. You can see they actually care about the product and keep improving it. It doesn’t feel like another wallet company just pushing hardware — it feels like they’re trying to solve a real problem in crypto.

I liked it enough to buy a second Ryder wallet, and both are in use — which probably says everything about how I feel about the product.

Ryder has made self custody feel easier and more accessible, and I’m excited to see where the team takes it next.

Honestly, this is one of the best crypto-related purchases I've made. The design is sleek, the quality is top-notch, and it feels great in hand. Simple product, but it does exactly what it should and does it well.

Excellent product and company works to meet consumer expectations. Seems to have good support as I’m dealing with an issue now.

Setup was pretty quick and the onboarding experience is the smoothest I’ve had with any hardware wallet. No steep learning curve, no frustration just works. Finally a crypto wallet that doesn’t make you feel like you need a PhD to get started. Genuinely impressed!

Ryder is one of the few crypto products that genuinely feels built for long term adoption. The balance between security, simplicity and recoverability is exceptionally well executed. What stands out most, however, is the team behind it, especially Louise. Their vision, passion, and attention to detail are genuinely impressive. Ryder feels less like another wallet and more like the future of digital asset custody.

I am really happy with the wallet, it is sleek and professional. It is still actively improving on every release and I can’t wait for further improvements. It supports everything I need and the tap system just makes sense.

I moved away from ledger as they were pushing hard for me to link my wallets to their web site and also one of my wallets screen was dying. I was not happy being pushed like that.

Ryder wallet is an awesome device for crypto usage and security. Easy to set up, easy to use and customer support has been nothing less than stellar for me. I’m waiting for the day when Ryder will support more coins/tokens. But that is a minimal con compared to the pros of having and using a Ryder for what they do support for now.

Using Ryder as a solution to protect and store my private key gives me assurance that there is no possibility that someone else could have access to it. But the capacity to recover my keys that were backed up with Tapsafe (safe tags) that previously I have stored in strategic locations, gives me the long term assurance that my digital assets would not be lost. For me Ryder has been very easy to use. Several firmware/software upgrades for the product has been smoothly accomplished.
