Terry came highly recommended and I know why, would like to say a very personal thank you to him he is so sympathetic and understanding and feels what you are going through. Always takes time to answer any concerns you have. My daughter and granddaughter went to the chapel of rest to see my mum and they came back saying how lovely he was so if you want someone who really cares about what they are doing and goes above and beyond especially in these difficult times, not just doing a job I would highly recommend them. 10 out of 10. Thank you once again Terry.

Can't really express the appreciation due to the emotions of the circumstances, but, I can only say, I don't what we would have done without the genuinely personal help that Terry gave our family!

Only Terry know's what he did for our family and I won't explain the in's and out's here as I can't believe he provides the 'above and beyond' level of service to all his clients - well, to the extent he did with my clan anyway, and I wouldn't want to make any other customers assume that this is the norm, as, it just couldn't be!

All I can say is this, I've never left any reviews be them bad or good before today, but a few recent (very unpleasant) situations, and the consequential service we have received in our 'hour of need, has spurred me to give credit where credit is due, and Ryans & Foy's wholeheartedly deserve this credit.

Whilst you've gained a happy customer, you've also gained friends in all my family and had such an effect on not only our grieving, but that of my fathers friends and associates wherever they reign from.

Such a big thank you, and, as discussed, you're welcome anytime in the future, regardless of how long this may be?
