Booking L4R-1-4706554

Booked Meet and Greet at Leeds Bradford Airport. Do not use this service, the company that looking4 are using at Leeds Bradford are currently in court for using customer cars for personal use robberies and joy rides.
My booking was cancelled and although reconfirmed on the following day was apparently cancelled again, something I did not find out until arriving at the airport.
Ryanair and Looking4parking seem not to do any due diligence on the companies they use.
Extremely disappointing and I will definitely not use the service again.

Ryan AIr parking - don't expect to be able to change the vehicle

We booked parking at Stansted back in January 2022 and are due to fly on 6th May. We have just changed our car unexpectedly today and cannot get Ryan Air to respond to changing the registration number, phone message, email and online chats are bearing no success. Suggestions welcome, but at this point it looks like we'll need to pay for another 5 days parking at double the price PLUS the loss of £70! Customer centric....NOT RYAN AIR

Avoid Greet and Meet with Ryanair!!

Avoid Greet and Meet with Ryanair!!! We booked this service with Ryanair when purchased our flight tickets. We never received a reference o confirmation number, even after spending hours on the phone asking for this. We ended paying for this service again at Luton airport as there was no record at all of our payment to Ryanair in any Greet and Meet office visited.

Avoid them like the plague - or Covid!

We have always booked parking when we booked flights, and in the past have used Airparks. This time the only offer on the Ryanair website was this crowd called Looking4Park.

It was difficult to find in the centre of Luton, at the top of a multi-storey car park with no security. We were told to keep our keys, which was not what the paperwork had said, but I am glad I did because goodness knows what would have happened to our car if they had had the keys. The mini-bus driver tried to get us to pay £5 for taking us to the airport. I just said that I had no change.

Coming back we waited ages at the airport for the mini-bus and once again the driver tried to charge us £5 for collecting us. I refused.

In future I will avoid them like the plague - or Covid!

Ryanair parking Stansted

Ryanair have just cancelled all Friday flights to Chania Crete for this summer, although alternatives have been offered but any Car parking booked through them has not and cannot be changed, I have paid over £100 to park and according to Ryanair and MAG, I’m not allowed to change or cancel the booking, surely this is illegal?

Bradford Leeds car park

Bradford Leeds car park - Meet and Greet.
Really disappointed and angry with service. My car was most likely used for personal use. I've done a picture of milage before handling my keys to driver. When we got back I pointed a my car that I want to collect and without verification of my personal details I was instantly given keys back (what if it was someone else!). When I got into my car and compared milage, there was 10.4 miles more and my car camera was detached!!!!! So where my car has been stored?! Who used it?! And FFS, who allowed you to misplace my stuff in my car?!?!?!

Are you aware this is criminal offence? My car should not leave an airport area at all as I've booked on-site parking and surely to find a parking spot does not take 10.4 miles!!!

Never EVER AGAIN!!!!
Dodgy service!!!

Awful

Awful. They do not want to amend/cancel my parking booking (done via Ryanair), neither the booking provider (Ryanair) nor the parking provider, adducing T&Cs.
However, as I bought this service on-line I must be allow to cancel during the cooling-off period of 14 days since booked.
Both companies blame the other and no solution was provided. I would suggest you avoid them, zero customer service.
I even suggest to amend at no additional cost or paying additional charges, but that did not work either.
My last time with Ryanair and Stanstead unfortunately

DO NOT BOOK PARKING THROUGH RYANAIR

Wish I had read your reviews earlier. I need to change the vehicle details for a trip in October. Because I booked with Ryanair I can't do this. I would mention that no notification of this was given when I booked, yet it seems it has been the policy since November 2018.

Wouldn't even give it any stars. Do not book any airport parking through ryanair they take your money and class the airport as a third party, yet the airport class ryanair as the third party - All I needed to do was amend my car registration - cant do it. Airport sent me a random email stating that my flight would be going from a different terminal and they had transferred my booking. Ryanair state it is from a different one, which is nowhere near the carpark Neither party will deal with my query or allow my vehicle details to be amended. So ryanair have taken the booking, taken the money but I won't get the service. Will not book parking through these ever.

Avoid this company!
They don't refund your money even if flights are cancelled, which means they will not be providing any services, but despite that won't give you money back.
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

Never again will use Rayanir parking option!

I've booked a parking via Ryanair web page while booking a plane ticket for my family . Car park was in Vienna, and i've payed 77euros. Our flight was cancelled at the beginning of March due to COVID 19, and plane ticket was refunded by Ryanair/Lauda immediatelly. I've contacted looking4parking to get a refund for parking due to forced circumstances, and they told me they had come to an agreement with Ryanair that they have to refund money, and to send them my bank details. They told me i will get my money back by the end od March. I've sent my bank account details 45 days ago, still no refund. I've conntacted them twice since then, and i'm just getting nice words, but i don't see money on my account!
