So far it's been pretty great. I was previously on Weygovy so I started on a different dose, which was nice. I'm excited to start my new journey. So far the process has been easy.

Well.
Where to start. I got hooked up with RX Pros in Summer of 2025. I ordered a 1 year (4 shipments) of Tirzepatide and paid around $2250 for it. The first thing that happened was they sent the medicine, but the delivery was delayed and the product arrived damaged. They were great about sending me another shipment. Later when I was expecting my second shipment, the date came and went and I didn’t see my package anywhere. I was almost out of my first 3 month shipment and I contacted them and asked where my 2nd 3 month shipment was. I was told I didn’t have an account with them. I couldn’t believe it. I have 2 email accounts I and I had sent them info from both accounts with the bill of sale from my first shipment attached. They said they couldn’t look up my account. So I filed a complaint with the BBB. Then they found my account! So they sent my me second shipment and all was good. Then I got my third shipment and all was good, THEN I got an email about how they were not going to continue business with me because of the BBB complaint from months ago they said I had gotten 4 shipments. I had only gotten 3. One was a replacement shipment from the damaged product. So I told them that I needed my last three months of Tirzepatide and they quit responding.
So! Buyer beware! If I get my last shipment of Tirzepatide, I will come back and delete my review. They have a great product, but the business side of the company (customer service, shipping, etc.) all have a lot to be desired.

Weight Loss Journey
I just started taking the weight loss medication from RXpros and I’m feeling very positive about it. This is my second week on it. I haven’t weighed myself so I can’t report on that, but I can say that I feel less hungry and more in control of what I’m eating. I haven’t weighed myself, and have never given myself shots before; but RXpros walked me through it and it is really quite easy. I’m excited to see my results at the end of not only the month, but also my weight loss journey.

The product and delivery service has been fine. I have no complaints with anything except the price for subsequent orders. Even though the advertised price is 145 month currently, my initial price from a year ago of 250 a month is what I'm always charged. As a recurrent and loyal customer/patient, I expect my quarterly order to reflect the advertised price. Instead for being a loyal customer/patient, I'm charged an additional 105 month (315 quarterly).

Price is all inclusive
I was looking for a reasonably priced, no hidden fees , plan for a prescription GLP-1. And I found it in RxPros. One cost for all medicine, shipping and doctor consults -all included. I am very happy with the guidance I have received and the speed of obtaining medicine. I am a happy customer.

Getting started was easy and any questions I had were answered right away. I wish there were other shipping options. Fed-Ex was terrible and it took 5 days on 2 day shipping to receive my order. Ice was melted and product was warm.
