My mattress delivery was previously schedule for today. Early this morning I received a text from this company saying that my delivery was confirmed and it would be delivered within a two hour timeframe this morning. I then went about proceeding to get everything ready for this mattress delivery. Exactly one hour after the confirmation text, I received another text from the company saying that the delivery had been attempted but was going to be rescheduled. I immediately called customer service. I was told that the mattress would not fit on the truck and had to be rescheduled. She told me it would be delivered tomorrow. By the end of the conversation, she told me that the mattress delivery would have to actually be rescheduled, which was a 24 to 48 hour process just for rescheduling. The actual delivery date would have to be at an even later date. I have already been waiting three weeks for this mattress delivery. I have made all the necessary arrangements for the delivery to come today. Now I have to go through this entire process again and wait for some yet to be scheduled future delivery date. I guess my biggest complaint here is why send out an early morning confirmation text for the delivery when in fact the delivery has not been 100% confirmed?? This entire process needs to be reviewed. I am now forced to wait yet even more days/weeks? for the delivery, go through all the preparations, and miss time from work again. Clearly this is not good service.
Follow up: Delivery was rescheduled for two days later. Text notifications on that day were timely and delivery went perfectly. Delivery guys were prompt, friendly, and professional.

Useless is the only word that can be used to discribe this company. Don’t know why anyone still uses them. Delivery is scheduled weeks in advance and this is the second time it’s being reschedule.

Truck called ahead and arrived early. Crew was polite and asked where I wanted things. Very fast and efficient.

Driver kept me informed and Delivery was right on time.
The movers were great but initially there was no paperwork to reconcile the delivery of each of the items. All there was was an item count and item descriptions or codes that meant nothing and were not available to be seen on the boxes themselves.
They did work with me called somebody at the main headquarters or something to get somebody else on the phone who could then email me what was needed to reconcile. So after I emailed it I printed it out and then I could check off each item as it came in. In the end everything was accounted for but it really was not a great experience in that. The expectation was just I should accepted just 29 boxes without accountability for what was what

Booked RXO for a critical furniture delivery for my most important business customer — paid $4,200 including insurance. They showed up on the pickup day with zero protective pads despite my written requests for 60. They came back days later with 3. Then on the actual delivery date, no truck showed up at all. My rep was unreachable, gave multiple missed ETAs, and admitted he was still "looking for a carrier" on the day the furniture was supposed to be delivered. When I called to complain, I was told I'd get a full refund — and then he hung up on me. No refund was ever issued. I had to scramble for an emergency carrier at a significantly higher cost, and my customer's delivery was late
. Avoid this company if reliability and accountability matter to you.

The status updates to where our cabinets were in the process was clear and regular and precise.
The boxes were stacked both upside-down and right side up... I don't know if the cabinets are that way or not but will find out when I open them. No significant damage to the boxes outside of normal scrapes and collapsing

The two delivery persons were professional and delivered cabinets very carefully. They also helped me understand each item delivered. While they had a truck full of deliveries yet to make, they ensured I received everything and helped me arrange a few boxes of cabinets to ease my installation work.
They messed up my ikea delivery horrible just trully horrible. Two full boxes missing. Do not trust. Horrible
