I am writing this review after suffering one of the worst hosting disasters.
Our server was compromised and files were encrypted/infected. We immediately reached out for emergency assistance, but this hosting company failed to provide even basic support. For hours and days there was no serious response while our business websites were collapsing.
This experience exposed the real truth behind this provider:
They have no reliable emergency support, no practical security handling, and no concern for customer loss.
A hosting provider that cannot assist during a hacked server incident is not a hosting provider — it is simply a billing company.
We paid for hosting, but in return received silence, stress, financial damage, and data loss.
Customers should be extremely careful before trusting important websites to such an irresponsible provider.
