Great product selection and great products.

We purchased the South of the border virus hero and combined it with a UV sanitation system. The combination is true filtered and sanitized water. Couldn't be happier and it gives us some comfort while we are off grid down south.

I was short on my order and called the company. I left a message and was called back within the hour. They took care of the problem right away. I’ll do business with them again.

Usually good, quick, service. Disappointed in my latest order in that they substituted brands of test strips without notice, and that they discontinued carrying products purchased from them as part of a system only a couple of years ago, now requiring me to go to their competitors to acquire filters.

I have ordered filter systems and replacement filters several times. All of my questions and inquiries have always been answered promptly. Customer service is excellent.

Product availability and timely delivery was timely. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED that the message I left with customer service outlining the fact I was not presented with a way during check out to apply a ‘black Friday’ discount code and before I could do anything else the order was placed. Customer service never called me back so I have still not received the discount for my order.

I reached out tot he company after trying to go from a garden hose to hardline plumbing. There was an issue with a minor drip and very likely could have been my own doing. I reached out to request the purchase of a new filter head and was sent a whole new unit. They really stand behind their product.
The filters also work very well. We use them to filter the water and use it for drinking (just to confirm the quality). It works just like the carbon filter in the fridge. Sometimes I am baffled by the amount of rust and sediment that the pre-filter stops. I come back every year to purchase the filter because it works.

I received the water filter but no hose. This required a one hour round-trip to purchase a hose and two stops before I found a 10 ft hose.
