I was charged for the insurance, and had an unfortunate accident. So road service was so slow, i paid for the road service myself. RV share admitted their failure, so refunded that cost of the fee and the service too, The loss of service was not refunded, so I am working through my credit card company to get the cost refused . Their 39 page terms of service actually provides every reason they will keep your money, and declare irresponsibility.

I called RV share in regards to tolls not being paid by a past renter. Eric handled the call & transaction with extreme urgency and got a response back that the amount would be put in my account. I then found out when I went into ezpass to pay these fines another toll by the same renter was not paid as well. I recalled RV share and spoke with Jake who also did the exact timely response as well. Excellent customer service with these 2 associates in your company!

I would NOT recommend this company if you are a citizen of any country that is not US. -- My wife and I are Canadians. Our Canadian international Drivers License's were approved by RVshare Insurance. We made our down payment to secure our reservation which RVshare processed. We made many non refundable reservations at campgrounds & attractions in Colorado. 3 days before our final payment payment was due, RVshare told us that we required a US drivers license. We tried to explain that as Canadian citizens, it was impossible to get approved for a US drivers license,, to no avail. We lost several hundred dollars for these non-refundable reservations. We again tried to explain this to RVshare who basically said "to bad-go away"' so our RV reservation was cancelled by RV share with no compensation for our $$losses.

BEWARE - RV Share sent me a message that my RV had been rented and that I need to confirm the reservation by clicking on the link in the inbox. The link was fraudulent and it cost me $492.00 that was taken out of my account. I contacted RV Share immediately and thought that the Gurantee they offer on the website would cover me. I spoke to Katie the fraud manager and they could care less. They put the blame on me for clicking on the link they provided. They claim no responsibility at all and that was final. YOU have been warned...

Well i original had reservation for a Wolf pup because I finally found my dream RV a 30 ft RB Airstream, so when I had to cancel my reservation The RV God's smiled on a low recharge Old Combat Engineer, sent an Angel 😇 Named Riley to help me she was an absolute delight to work with and VERY GOOD AT HER JOB BOOS TAK E NOTICE!! If I could have given her a bucket of stars 🌟 I would have. Thank you form an Old Combat Engineer. PS I owe you some hand packed wild flowers 💐

RVshare has not paid salaries to its offshore staff. How can a company provide good and reliable services to its customers when it fails to take care of its own team? This has now become a recurring issue every month. Even our CEO has had to put his home under mortgage (girvi). This matter requires immediate and serious attention.

Worst customer support, overly priced, outdoorsy is highly recommended

Worst rental experience of my life and I have rented 30 plus times.They bait and switch you. They get all your data, then start telling you there are more expenses and fees, more documents to fill out, more pictures to send. We spent almost 30 hours trying to get it finalized. They already had are credit card and personal data. The cancellation fees are almost the entire cost, so I kept trying to give them what they wanted. You can't use a computer or android phone to send them data. After almost 10 phone calls including 2 to a supervisor and about 20 emails and texts. They then wanted more photos saying are faces weren't clear. These are full facials and ID's sent to Asia, but they refuse to say where. Kept doing it, but it wasn't worth it. Granted the couple who owned the RV were great, the RV was not clean and the stove and awning didn't work. Would never recommend anyone use RVshare. And we are in the US. Their HQ's is an office in a strip mall in Akton OH. Not a real US company and who know what they do with your data. I got a new credit card after the trip.

Basically, someone can rent you a broken RV and you get fully charged for it with no recourse other than to sue the owner directly. This platform does not protect its renters, only the RV owners. First year I used this had a positive experience. 2nd year I used it the owner rented us an RV that had a multitude of broken parts, due to one of which we were not able to use the water for two days. When we disputed everything including loss of use RV share said their terms don't allow them to reimburse for this. RV Share got fees for the RV, the owner made their money, we got screwed.
