I heard from the company immediately. They processed my order right away, and when I had a question, I heard from a person, not AI. For someone my age that means the world. Nothing beats human interaction. The product makes sense and addresses the problem I have, without damaging my digestive system. I have only taken it for 10 days, a trial bottle. Liked what I felt, so decided to give it 4 months. Thank you!
I placed an order on 16th of September and when it hadn't arrived after a month I contacted Ruvimend who after several emails back and forth stated that the order had been lost in transit but they would send another "at no extra cost" !! I replied that I would prefer a refund of €70.33 but there has been no response. I certainly would not recommend dealing with this company.
I placed an order for Ruvimend, a supplement for reflux, and not only has it not arrived, i cannot get any action from their customer service. They did reply but only to say someone was looking into it. 4 days later, still no update about the wherabouts of my order. Im beginning to think this is a scam business. I hope someone can prove me wrong.
