Good solution of a complicated problem
Fortunately I didn`t meet the situation of a damage claim.
But as I had an other problem with my contract I can say that there has been found an excellent solution by your company for that case.
there were some problems in communication (email/homepage) nevertheless we had a very good result which brings me to that 5-star rating.
P.S. : as I bought a new car I further on will trust in your company
