The site is great, Awesome vibe and really easy to Navigate the System. Recently had a Steam issue that was preventing me from withdrawl. Joined the Discord and Spoke to the Mods, Less than 10 min they had the Issue Fixed.. Thanks guys !!!!

I had an issue (steam) that was preventing me from receiving my $35 payout on a bet I placed and won. The three admin pitched in evenly to try to figure out what happened, while being very transparent and making sure the issue was going to be resolved. We never figured out whether or not it was all on steams end or what happened, but they refunded my money on the website. These Mods were very friendly, and acted very mature about the problem. Thank you RustyLoot/Mods for taking good care of your customers and resolving your issues in a respectfully and timely manner.

Joined their Discord, after not receiving the funds I deposited using Zen. It said it was paid, and on site it said transaction was successful, but never received the funds. Submitted ticket via Discord, they said they were looking into it, and got banned 30-45 mins after, without anyone even saying anything. Submitted complain both to Zen, CFPB and FSA. Been using RustyLoot in the past, and been super happy with them, not sure what make them turn to scamming.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Bought coins and within 1 minute of of playing plinko I was banned for fraud. How does that make sense? Either a scam artist company or a terrible security system. Do not use this site

I got scammed for $400
after depositing skins and gambling with them i was banned for apparent arbitrage (completely untrue and i will happily prove it) then banned from the discord and their website.

Let me withdraw or refund my skins.
